My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Memphis. It was an easy walk to Beale Street or a cheap quick Uber. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Memphis.

Other than employees the property hadn't change since the last time I'd stayed three years ago. No repairs has been done it's still the same. The maintenance is still and the stair that my father fell on without the railings has not been corrected
I give this property a FFFF.

Clean room. Quiet. Nothing much in terms of amenities - no lotion, etc. Make your coffee in room because lobby coffee is $5/cup Starbucks. A bit intimidating that “front” door on street is locked. Have to go to back of building to enter.

Absolutely had very rude service with one particular person at the host desk, Also, don’t like the expensive fact that you have to pay $100 or more just to have someone bring you your car every time you cannot have the convenience of getting your own. What I did like is the convenience of where it’s located, the morning breakfast that is included, which was very delicious and the great people in the morning that work at the hotel, didn’t take long for us to receive our car every time. Couldn't check in at 2 because I wasn't aware that I need a card to hold and I had to find someone to do it for me and they were not need and I was under the impression that valet would be free

The location is Excellent, although it would be MORE convenient IF access was allowed to the Main St./ Jefferson St. Entrance during after hours.
Perhaps key card scanners could be installed to allow this.
