Dallas Love Field Inn

We checked into the room and there were roaches everywhere. We checked out within the hour and no one would refund us our money. No one answers their hotel phone and Expedia gave us a $50 credit out of almost $300 we paid. Do better as a business.

If you’re looking for a short trip, this place is fine. The staff is pretty helpful and my check in and out process was quick. Be prepared to pay a fee of $3 at the property plus a $20 deposit. The room itself was okay but it looks very different from the pictures shown when I booked it. I was under the impression I was getting 2 bed room but I ended up with a 1 bed room. I couldn’t find any specifics but it might’ve been a misunderstanding on my end. Do double check what you’re booking! I went with a friend so we ended up fitting in the room just fine. Anyways, the room itself was workable. They provided some hand soap plus towels. There was no hair dryer so bring your own if you don’t air dry your hair. I don’t know if we’re weird for using the mini fridge for drinks but there was a full chicken I found inside upon arrival left behind by the previous guests. Saw some toenails on the ground as well as some burn marks on the furniture. There were also a couple stains on the walls and mold in the shower crevices. I woke up with a few tiny spiders on my pillow but they were easy to swat off. Lastly, upon checkout I saw a cockroach on the floor in the tiny reception area. This was the most I can remember but there were a few other things as well. All in all I know it sounds unhygienic but in all fairness I paid around $60 per night trying to save a bit on somewhere close to downtown where we were only sleeping at. There were no bedbugs and that’s the main takeaway.

Where to begin first off the photos in the app are all fake, this place looks nothing like the photos do. The bed it self looks like it's been here for over 50 years not cushion or anything and a hole on the side. The shower it self looks like they paid some crackhead to fix it or just did a poor job themselves in fixing it. In the room there are no refrigerators not chairs to seat at the desk they have. The locks to protect you from outsiders coming in are a joke, they are falling off on their own. The restroom door doesn't close. The place is full of druggies already had a guy come and offer some drugs within the 30 minutes I was here. It's a slum of a place to be honest, don't recommend it at all. We ended up going to a nicer place.

People in the office take secure deposit twice, and they refuse to give money back, spoke w them, and teling me be arriving son! At this time is been a Month! And Not money yet.

Property staff is useless don’t stay here. Go somewhere else pay a little more than this place. Not worth it 0-10 sucks

This is a flop house for druggies. The pictures on expedia are fake. Don't do it.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. It was nothing like what was advertised — completely misleading. The area felt unsafe, with suspicious activity happening all around the property. There were random people loitering and what appeared to be homeless individuals hanging around, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful. We tried calling multiple times for assistance, and no one answered the phone. There was no sense of security or professionalism from the management at all. We requested a refund and left the property. Overall, I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. It was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had.

We canceled due to the condition’s really needs maintenance outside felt very unsafe.Didn’t go inside.

The staff is extremely rude. There are a lot of drug activity on the property and roaches all in the rooms.

1st night was okay and 2nd night I stepped out of the shower to a puddle of water. It reached all the way to my bed. Asked for either a few more hrs to sleep or change us rooms. We didn't receive either. Really disappointed!

I stayed at many hotels over the years and this is by far the worst I've ever seen. Stained sheets and a rude staff. I inspected my room to find General filth everywhere and some very concerning stains on the sheets and the mattress cover underneath. When I asked the hotel to give me a set of fresh sheets I was informed that they weren't available. I asked again later that night and the guy told me I'd have to come back in the morning and speak to a manager. Asked for another room he told me the same thing he was incredibly rude and told me yo " go away". They informed me I could not get a refund then I could not get a partial refund. I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot of a gym as I did not feel safe sleeping in the room itself. Came back the next morning and the day manager tried to offer me a different room and I said no because I figured they were all horrible. He refused to give me a refund as well. Whatever you need to do to avoid staying here do it.

Still have yet to receive a refund from this hell hole. Horribly dark and overrun with active drug dealing, prostitution and hidden fees. Turned away a domestic violence survivor and refused to issue refund despite never being able to check in. These people are horrific and so are Dallas Police for letting this stay open. Never again

Room i stayed in was clean but the sink and tub could be replace. After dark gets little scary outside. But in all i would stay again if price is right.

The staff are rude, even the manager. They have issues with the addicts around the property, and carry the same attitude when dealing with respectable customers. Courtesy to those who present themselves in a respectful way doesn't cost you anything!
