Days Inn by Wyndham Birch Run

Breakfast was awesome. Parking was great very easy to find the place and the front desk was very helpful. The only thing that was not so great was the pillows at the hotel are more like decorative and the bedsheets had stains on them.

I have stayed here numerous times..this last time was horrible, price was doubled, toilet didnt flush, heater didnt work, ants crawling around sink. Called the front desk and asked about heater and was told turn it off and and turn it back in..we left early in the am caus epf how cold it got

Booked it because the beds would accommodate my family. Wasnt worth it. Room was dirty. Fridge was unplugged and left closed so it stunk so bad it wasnt usable. Floor needed swept so bad that we had to wear shoes throughout the room to avoid dirt sticking to our feet and getting on our bed. We couldn't set our 9 month old down because the floor was too dirty to crawl on. Bed was ok but the sheets were not good. The fitted sheet wouldnt stay on the bed and one of the beds the blanket was so rough I wouldn't even use it as a dog blanket. The ice machine was broken so we had to go into the other hotel owned by the same people to get ice. They didnt replace our towels the second night. Room needs repairs as multiple ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging. No coffee maker. They brought towels one time and then didn't step foot into the room to clean or bring towels after the first time. We intentionally moved our stuff out of the way so housekeeping could sweep and make beds but nothing was done. We have stayed here before and it wasn't this bad but we will not be returning after this stay.

Just not some place I would ever stay again 😞. Not very clean, most lights didn't work. They don't accept cash, All amenities were located in another building, example.. pool, front desk, breakfast.. no vending machine or ice machine in our building, it was just an old broken ice machine.

Skip this place. Gross, dirty, ants in the room. Book up the road at Frankenmuth.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Breakfast was great.

We got upgraded when our specified room wasn't available

Room did not feel safe. The exterior door was flimsy and it didn’t automatically close. To close it you had to shove it. Also, the shower wasn’t clean.

The property was easy to locate, and near shopping. The garbage cans were full outside. I understand the building was under renovations which was fine. A temporary inconvenience for a future improvement.

Good room for a great price. Our floor was sticky in our room. With the exception of the floor, our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there in the future but would check the room out first...

We were double charged and had to bring it to the staff’s attention. She was very nonchalant about it.
