Clean beds and room. Area and environs seemed fairly quiet/safe. Somewhat dated bathroom but acceptable. Decent morning breakfast serving oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit. AC unit was fine, but room tended to be a bit humid. Friendly attentive staff - front desk, housekeping, especially the breakfast attendant who were very helpful and eager to do a good job. Would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I stayed here for two nights because we were going to visit Longwood Gardens, about 20/30 minutes away. The room was nice and well appointed. I appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but the water was hot. The bathroom had some cracked tiles, but nothing that would ruin a stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our room and appreciated the breakfast offerings.

The only complaint I have is that I paid extra for a non-smoking room and noticed that all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. That said, my room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The rooms opened directly to the outside not to a hallway. No elevator. My first room smelled like smoke so I asked for a different room. My second room did not have bath towels. I knew it was a basic hotel but I expected better basic quality.

Maybe the building can use an upgrade to a newer look, paint, so that the doors do not stick, and clean the curtains The TV was great, the staff were friendly, and professional

The beds were hard AF. We all woke up with sore backs. The shower head was dirty and making dribble out. Our front door didn’t close properly and luckily the electric door knob would beep when not secured.
