This property is average. For the price of a room. It’s perfect. It’s next to a shopping plaza and that’s convenient. I’ve stayed here numerous times and never had a problem but the bathrooms could use an update. I do believe this hotel houses people long term. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

It was pretty clean and didn’t have a bad smell but my room needed some renovations such as paint and outlet fixtures. Also, although the towels smelled clean, they were stained and should be replaced with new ones. The light stopped working in the bathroom and I notified the staff. There was no phone inside the room. Other than that it was a decent stay but not worth 200 dollars spent on it

The room was filthy. The conditions were not good. The man at the counter was rude and would not refund the room even though the policy hung in the wall behind him showed I was well within my time for a full refund, which was only 15 min. Looked like there may have been some section 8 living there as well

I stayed at this hotel last night 6/20/25 the room for one didn’t have a phone incase i needed to call front desk the tv didn’t work the tub was clogged the towels were stained i then called and told front desk he came up basically i asked for a refund instead he moved me to another room tv had no remote and the tub their was also clogged..

Upon my arrivals, I was asked to wait a few minutes. I checked in the room, there was a live insect in the bathroom. Bad and cheap soap. Not good for me to stay. First and last time

I don't know what hotel these are photos of, but its certainly not the hotel as it currently looks. Listen, I booked a room here in the middle of the night when we could barely keep our eyes on the road. I forgot to read the reviews. It was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed...and I grew up in the middle of a third world country. I cannot fully describe to you the filth of the room. Although upon inspection I didn't not see any bedbugs and the sheets looked like they'd probably been washed, I can't say anything better. I had to use my antibacterial hand wipes to clean the toilet seat and the sink and door handles before anyone would use them. We slept about 4 hours and lit out as fast as we could. 10/10 should've just slept in the van all piled together.

When I arrived the first room, they gave me smelt like wet dog. I went back to the office and asked for a new room. That room was even worse, sticky floors, broken walls, rusty and broken down tub. There was also a burn mark on the comforter. Lots of people lingering outside trashy and dirty around the facility along with probably a couple drug deals. Once we realized what kind of area we were in we were ready to leave immediately. I went to the office, asked for a return as he started giving the return I realized it was too quick, so I said I would like a receipt I don't trust you. then he continued to finally actually do the return I would not trust this facility ever

This was the biggest dump i have ever stayed at. Floors were dirty, smelles like cat pee and cigarettes, 1/2 the outlets didn't work and the entire back of hotel was full of homeless people. I will NEVER stay here or recommend to anyone. Inwould demand a refund if I knew it would happen.

The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke even though I asked for a non-smoking room. The towels looked dirty. The lounge chair was covered in white stains...no clue from what but never sat in it! No cups, ice bucket, or any other standard hotel conveniences.

When we first arrived, our room sink was leaking. We were offered another room but stayed because the room they moved us to had a child next door that was quite noisy. The room itself was nothing to write home about. 2 of the 3 pillows had pillow cases on it that weren’t washed. They had some sort of pizza staining on them and the fitted sheets had brown coffee stains on them. It didn’t feel very clean. The mirrors were dirty. The front desk was very nice despite all of this. When my boyfriend and I were leaving, the cleaning crew stared at us and it was making us very uncomfortable. One of the women whispered something to another woman and they both looked at us with snide grins.
I won’t be going back here. The cleanliness alone was enough to turn us off for good. I also wouldn’t recommend anyone going here either. You get what you pay for. Now I know better.

To start was harassed six times starting at 8:00 in the morning on a Saturday about what time I would be checking out then had two employees walk in my room to ask if I was checking out all before 11:00 went to get coffee or tea they do not have it very interesting place to be graffiti on the walls would not recommend especially not for families staff tried to walk in on my children multiple times
