The hotel itself is beautiful, excellent staff from the moment you pull up to the valet to everyone you interact with during the stay.
This is just a heads up for everyone who wants to show up early before checkin. The hotel will charge you $50 for an early check before 11am but they will ask you first if you want to. We just hung out at the pool bar until 11 am then checkedin and went to our room. Not an inconvienance to us at all.
The area outside of the hotel is a bit dingy and to me unsafe but i do not hold the hotel responsible for this because all the hotels share this concern as well. Once your in the hotel no real reason to go out and explore if your just there for a day or two.
We are already planning another visit in July for my wifes birthday

Loved the rooms and pool and location on the beach. Limited staff to clean up around the pool area and we had to negotiate with housekeeping every day to have room serviced. Beautiful room though!!

Our room was as expected. Very clean, AC worked really well. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was perfect with a full ocean view. The restaurant menu is very limited and the food just ok. Self parking in the hotel parking garage across a very busy street for $18/day seems a bit much, but aside from valet parking there aren’t any other options.

The only complaint is the pool deck is shaded ALOT during the day making it difficult to lay out in the sun. Other than that 10/10 resort!

The service was 5 stars from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom large and roomy. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and there is also a small shop to buy coffee and snacks. The pool is gorgeous and the beach views are amazing.

This was a wonderful hotel! The ocean view was amazing, the place was beautifully decorated and it was clean. The beach was AMAZING. The pool area was lovely to relax in. Walking distance to the pier, stores and activities. I would definitely book again!
