It was a wonderful stay!!

My stay was pleasant quiet nice area the bar was nice also staff was awesome.

Was not notified that it was a pay to park location.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable and centrally located to everything.

I was initially disappointed with the reception at the hotel. No assistance with luggage or any helpful suggestions. Very dismissive and unwelcoming.

All the staff was very friendly. Lobby on the weekend had a bartender and food service. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast is not free. Our truck broke down and they let us repair it in the shade under the awning even after we checked out.

Cheryl, the woman who checked us in was fantastic. We booked through Expedia who totally dropped the ball and Cheryl sorted it all out without any problem

It was difficult to control the room temperature. The TV had no signal, I told the front desk about, no body cane to fix it. I told the front desk when I left the next morning and when I returned that evening it still didn't work. There was never an explanation nor did they attempt to place me in another room. The room could have been neater. It wasn't worth the $ I paid. When I checked out, I told the agent my complaints, they verbally apologized, to which I replied if there is no financial refunds those words won't matter. I must know you are concerned and care about my poor experience in your facility.

Great hotel, clean, and comfortable great location!!! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. One staff member wasn't accommodating and made you feel like you were an imposition for asking for extra towels. The lighting in the bathroom was bad, and it would be good if there was more than one microwave in the lobby. Overall the stay was excellent.

When in town i always stay here. The rooms are always clean and the staff always friendly. The breakfast buffet is also great but you get a better deal if you pay in advance online. Otherwise its 19.00 per person.

Room was great, quiet, and friendly staff. Only “issue” was having two towels and wash cloths for a room with 3 people. We had to ask the front desk twice for extras, and they didn’t service our room at all during the stay. My husband had to go to desk and get towels. I will say that they had an SEC baseball team, class reunion group plus SEC fans and normal travelers there, so I’m sure they were at max staff capacity and doing their best.

The bathroom was very nice, the bed was not that comfortable and was not that inviting. The room had a stale smell, not like smoke, just not fresh and clean. We purchased some Lysol to spray the room and I was surprised there was only 2 sets of towels, I guess because we were only staying one night, however, the front desk did bring up another 2 sets of towels when I called down and asked. Staff was excellent and we did leave a $10.00 tip.

The service was GREAT, room size was GREAT, location was GREAT...however, the room needed more lighting. Overall, we had a GREAT STAY.

The rooms were very nice. However, our toilet wasn't working properly and our room wasn't made up the next day. We told the front desk and they noted both problems. We had to tell the front desk twice before someone came to fix the toilet but room was never made up and we didn't receive clean towels we were supposed to get.

Great place to stay. Was a little surprised about having to pay for parking but no biggie.
