The house keeping staff on the 5th floor was amazing! Mack and his wife Vomi were polite and very helpful!
We got locked out of our room for 30 minutes on day one and Mack didn’t hesitate to get maintenance on the issues.
Our room was beautifully cleaned every day and if we needed anything from housekeeping they were always responsive.

Our room was disgusting! It was not clean and had gross urine stains in the bathroom which I had to clean myself with Lysol wipes I brought from home. The wallpaper was peeling off, torn carpet and there was dust and fingerprints everywhere. I was extremely disappointed considering I have been to other DoubleTree hotels and never had an encounter like this one.

I really like the feature that makes you tap your room key to use the elevator, but many people just jump in and ride, so it's not 100% effective. Our room was not cleaned daily, nor were our towels changed daily. The walls are paper thin, you could hear the people talking on both sides of the room very clearly, so if you are sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you. The balcony view is great, and I love the bathroom mirrors. The valet service, at $35 a night, was intermittent even though they charged us up front. Many mornings and evening I still had to self park.

Everything was great except the pool water temperature. It was way too cold for anybody to use it hence everytime we went , there were no people. Please maintain atleast 80F temperature for the pool water so kids can use it.

There was a high school to college-age party on the same floor which had been going on for hours. Very loud with it spilled out into the hallway. I called the front desk as a first option before calling the police. The hotel security finally came but it only quieted down for a short period of time. The party started up again. Hours later it finally settled down. I was very disappointed this behavior was allowed at this otherwise very nice hotel. I did not call the police, but this party ruined my stay.
