Had a great time at this property! While it needs some renovations, the staff seriously made up for what was lacking. Also, the hotel is in a convenient area with a plethora of food and shopping areas to explore within a mile. Highly recommend for a getaway trip

The alarm kept going off and front desk was going to send someone up to check on it and never showed up. We waited for an hour. Unacceptable behavior from your staff. Never staying at a Hilton again.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Always us grrat experience except for this visit.
Was greeted and check in quickly and nicely.
-Only 2 elevators worked. (Hotel was sold out. Eveyone us to wait long periods.)
-Valet young lady - unprofessional and made snarky remarks when asked for help.
-Great location. Walkable to a lot including the mall and restaurants.
-Peking - sold out. Had to park outside of garage after paying.
Will look at other options next time.

Elevators barely worked no remote in room black dirt was coming out of bathroom faucet very displeased with the room and service will never return no parking at all

Stains all over carpet, furniture, chairs.
Got a shower the whole faucet came off poured water out.. All the faucets were coming out of the counter or wall. The elevators took forever.

My stay was good. The staff was great. I do understand the hotel is older than most but the up keep of the hotel has to get better. The elevators were not all working making the wait time very long. I stood to go to my room on the 24th floor 15 mins.
