I always stay here. The people who run it are so nice. It is not fancy but the beds are clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed. It is an older property and so it is very reasonably priced. Close by an Arby's and couple of gas stations. Just outside of Chamberlain. Recommend.

It was great. Only comment and I may have missed it is: Had we know king beds only on 2nd floor without elevator we would have changed size of bed or hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have excellent coffee! The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a very restful quiet room. We will stay here again. Thank you!

there was hair on the sheets,looked liked they had not been changed, floor was dirty, beds were hard. was supposed to serve breakfast till 9, at 8am, there was maybe a tablespoon of sausage gravy left. they did have a yogurt and a banana!

Paint patches on the walls, bathtub was stained, sink was stained, cigarette burns on the vanity, hair dryer was pulled off the wall, barely hanging on, overall very unsightly & unwelcoming.

The room smelled terrible. Not good. Continental breakfast was a joke. For 20.00 they could have doubled the selection of food for the guest.

Room was very clean besides a hair in the sink. However, our room had the smell of stale cigarettes. They have remodeled the rooms beautifully, but the smoke is probably embedded in the paint on the walls or in the damper in the bathroom. I woke up with irritated lungs, but I am very sensitive to smoke. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast: waffles, toast, oatmeal and biscuits and gravy and beverages. No coffee in the room, but there is a fridge and microwave. We stayed here because the other hotels were either booked or reviews were terrible. Probably wouldn’t stay again if I had to due to the smoke smell but I’ve stayed in far worse hotels so I am giving this 4 stars. Owners were pleasant though on checkin.

Found pills on bathrooms floor. Definitely need new towels. Was nothing special for tgat price. Breakfast was extremely slim pickings.
