The staff is amazing. The happy hour was surprisingly good. Great wine available at not cost! Breakfast was great. The bedroom very pretty and comfortable. The bedding was better than home. Location, excellent. Did not like the carpet. Looks worn out. Everything else, just perfect!

Clean, nice, room in excellent condition. My only real complaint is the parking garage was small and hard to manage and the signage wasn't great- we couldn't find it after checking in. But would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except for the mattress. I understand lots of people stay there but how old is it? You can literally feel the indent left from previous guests repeated use. I've never had this experience at any hotel before and it was unsettling.

Very nice property in good location. Clean, quiet, safe. King suite is large, well designed. Liked the complimentary evening reception and the breakfast, with made to order omelettes ! Parking is convenient with a bridge walkway directly between lot and hotel. Enjoyed the embassy suites so much that we just booked another stay at an embassy suites in a different city!

Bathroom needed repair and upgrades. Specifically the shower and also the towel rack & toilet paper holder was loose. Toilet needs to be replaced too. Refrigerator was not cold enough. The staff was great.
