Needs better lights in the pool area and the breakfast could be changed up not the same thing every day

The rooms a/c didn’t work , the area didn’t make me feel like I was safe , the room had a bad smell .. seen a dead roach in the bathroom …

Dont stay here, breakfast was terrible, room phone didnt work, no shower water pressure, no internet, no parking, entry doors didnt work, bed smelled like B.O. no attendant at check in. Evening staff was rude. Restaurant food was lacking selection, pool was dirty. Ill never stay at another Embassy Suites. Motel 6 would have beat it for half the price.

The staff stole from us! Items from our room were taken while we were gone for the day!! We also paid for a double room and got a king bed. Staff was very rude and the hotel and rooms were extremely hot!

Let me start off by saying the gentleman at the front desk that helped me was patient in trying to figure out a solution for me. I had to change rooms FOUR different times because of them not being cleaned properly! The first room had such a strong chlorine smell it was overwhelming! The second room I moved to the floor had not been vacuumed and crumbs were in the bed. Along with the cups did not have plastic wraps on then. The third room I moved to the floors were not vacuumed also and the pillows were dirty and no fitted sheet was on one of my beds. The fourth room I was sooo fed up to the point the young man at the desk checked and told me nothing was wrong with that room, but there was hair on the bathroom floor , crumbs on the kitchen counter and floor had not been vacuumed also. I had the worse experience with the cleanliness of this place and I will not ever book a room here EVER again! I was not accommodated anything for the amount of times I had to move rooms being tired and coming from the airport all day! My overall experience was frustrating!

Room was spacious. We didn’t have a/c when we arrived to our room. they didn’t tell us the hotel air was out in most rooms. Maintenance brought us fans and found the air filter full of dirt. We found two ants crawling g on one of the beds. I asked to move after all this. It was midnight before we ended up with another room. I feel our first night should be refunded. It was not pleasant at all.

Terrible

The air conditioner wasn’t working and the whole building and our room was terribly hot. Not enough that we couldn’t sleep. We just packed up and left as early as we could to get out of the heat.

It was hot and uncomfortable. When we called downstairs no one answered. We had to go down stairs to inquire about our room AC. Apparently, it was broken, so we spent the night sweating. When we came back to our room, it had not been cleaned. When we inquired, we were told it was too late to clean. We explained that our son spilled crackers on the carpet. At some point they just left us the vacuum cleaner in our rooms to clean it ourselves. Yes, I have a bad taste about this experience. I have stayed in Embassy Suites all over the country and this has been the absolute worst experience.

This was my first time here, I was here on Business trip. I was never informed about the air conditioning not working! The room was extremely hot! The fan was only thing working and it was useless it was making it hard to even breathe, the smell coming out was like compressor fumes! They never even offered to give me a window fan nor apologize for the inconvenience. I asked to change my room but was told I couldn’t! I will not come back again. Worst experience I have ever had!

My stay was literally the worst experience i ever had in a hotel. No air no room service and no compassion i truly doubt this review is even cared about

Great customer service

7 fire alarms going off throughout the night. No air conditioning. In Dallas. In summer. Unsafe, sketchy parking garage. No sleep. Completely chaotic place. Avoid like the plague. I have asked for a complete refund. Do not stay here.

Staff unhelpful-parking area very underlit. A/C wouldnt cool..who wants to move @11 p.m.?? Deferred maintenance-torn carpet, elevator dirty & doorframe chewed up!! B'fast tables marred..napkin stuck to top!

This was HORRIBLE! First, when the lobby was as hot as a sauna, due to the air conditioner being down. Then, when I asked where to park, I was told in the back or in the garage. I asked if there was a door to the back parking lot, and the man working the front desk said, yes, but it doesn't really work." I parked in the garage. When I got to my room, the thermostat was set on 60, but the room was at least 80. The front desk man said there was nothing he could do. As for the "manager's reception," the bartender was extremely rude and kicked people from sitting at the bar if they weren't "paying customers." When I pulled my bed sheets back to get in bed, there were crusty stains on the sheets. Again, front desk did nothing. Finally, the fire alarms went off 6 times throughout the night between 11:40pm and 3:35am. When all were gathered in the lobby, the night manager said it was false and caused by a faulty sensor. No emergency vehicles showed up and nothing was done to stop it. One lady said this was the 3rd night in a row this had happened. I have never been so disappointed nor disgusted by a hotel in my life. Embassy Suites needs to be better or shut this place down!
