Our experience was definitely 5 star! After reading some of the reviews we prepared ourselves for being disappointed by the front desk, cleanliness of the room, and the overall vibe of the hotel. From the moment we arrived to check out we were met with phenomenal customer service! The front desk staff was always helpful, the doormen always friendly. Our room was terrific! It was very clean and provided a wonderful city view. L’Amico, the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful! When we go back to NYC we will be staying at the Klimpton Eventi

Checked out after one night. Friendly staff but the rooms are dark and outdated. Bathrooms are nice and marble and good water pressure. Bathrobes are old and worn down.
Bed was way too soft and caving in in the middle and the blanket they provided was cheap and light. air conditioner was very loud when it clicked on and off, so we had a horrible sleep.
No room service available.
We checked in at 3pm when checkin is and our room wasn’t ready. Front desk was nice to provide us with a dining credit but we didn’t use it.
Good location if you want to be in the centre and close to midtown but it’s also chaotic so depending on what you’re looking for.
