We saw a few bugs in the room. Mold was in the window seals and bathroom corners. Room smelled like someone was vaping in it. Beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slpt in and ac hardly worked.

Nothing special , the staff was good. Seemed pretty clean. Cable connection wasn’t good. Didn’t know where the main entrance was , no office sign. And not much odd anything for breakfast

We stayed here for one night to break up a long road trip. It is just okay. The bed was okay-enough. Nothing wrong with the property. They double-booked our 2 queen bed room and had to give us a king suite instead. This place will work if you just need to sleep, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay maybe spend some more money elsewhere.

I stayed here 2 years ago and thought it was great. I don't think they have done anything in 2 years. More run down now but still OK. Very soft beds, hairdryer in room didn't work and you need to request the room to be cleaned even though we stayed 6 nights. Had to ask for towels at the front desk.

Handicap shower flooded bathroom had to request towels to clean up water. Toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was horrible not to mention not enough food to meet demand. Both beds felt like there was a hole in the middle you rolled in to. Paid too much money for this mess.

We checked in and when we got to our floor, the hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. After leaving to grab a bite to eat, came back and found cockroaches in the bathroom. We checked out and didn’t stay. Tried to get a refund at front desk but wouldn’t refund. Luckily I was able to get a refund with help of Hotels.com

The staff was nice and the waffles were good.. but the place is outdated and run down. We killed MULTIPLE roaches in the room, several fixtures missing, holes in the walls like you see in Tom & Jerry cartoons.

This hotel needs to come off of Expedia immediately. The hotel is infested with both mice and roaches. I informed the front desk of the roaches that i saw in our room and they immediately sent someone up to spray. I did appreciate that although it did not help.
Do not stay here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no where else to go.

Not the best hotel but it was close to the sage net center.
Breakfast choice is limited and only 1 choice of coffee.
the coffee maker in the room was old and stained would not use.
The room could use a table so you can eat on*not the desk that the TV was on.
