“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my stay, I found multiple roaches in the room, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, but this place clearly does not meet even basic standards. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.”

Room not properly cleaned. "Breakfast" was prepackaged sugary snacks only. No hairdryers on premises (i asked! ). Security door at back of property apparently broken for a long time, wouldn't close. First staff member i met was professional, the last one was rude.

It’s was great- safe - quiet but, it has a smell in the room I hated!!!

Room is dirty and poor maintenance. Paint is scratched off on wall and bath tub. Cracked faucet. Bathroom countertop stained. Shabby and old kitchen cabinets

We did not get the room we had selected online at hotels.com which had more beds. Did not realize this until 3rd attempt to get new keys that didnt work and clerk told us we were too many and couldn't stay. It was overall a low rate experience. I would say, this is more of a low rate motel experience. The website also said there was a pool. Not true. I thought it was too cheap to be true. Lost the money. I'm hoping to get deposits back since I lost the money's on reservations. This after a six hour drive, and we were tired.

My room looked nothing like the picture on the website. It needed to be redone. I was very nervous about staying there.

The place is a total dump. . As soon as you walk in you can smell marijuana. The property is severely neglected and the rooms are in despicable conditions. Broken baseboards, exposed low sitting breaker switches. Dirty everywhere. Worse part, the mattress with the springs sinking me as I sat to change my child. The TV didn’t work and overall and uncomfortable place. Cabinets black inside like mold, dirty refrigerator. I didn’t even let my baby walk in that room. We checked out and didn’t stay for the four nights we booked. We were quite uncomfortable and grossed out by this hotel. Do not go there!

Didn’t spend a lot of time at the room due to game schedule

Room was not clean. Fridge door does not close and water was all-over from fridge. The hotel management Changed room. Thestove was not working in the changed room. It was not a pleasant experience. Day staff were horrible. The night shift attendant was very nice and helping. I hope this helps.

The hotel was clean, but had to be shown how to operate the shower. The valve was a little confusing. There was a mixup about my check in,I requested a late check in and even called to confirm. I was delayed for 1 and 1/2 hours due to traffic and weather and my reservation got canceled but I was able to check in. But I was told there was a problem with my card and I had to use another card and pay again. Now I have basically paid twice. But overall it was a nice place to stay

Nothing, The pictures didn't match the rooms. The place was run down and needed mayor repairs.

Smelt really bad furniture was falling apart tv was broken

Staff was lovely. My family was staying until our home was ready so it was a nice staycation.

Initial staff was friendly and supposedly upgraded my room, however nothing about the room was upgraded. I don’t even want to know what a not upgraded room looks like. My room had no tv remote (this was very common) and so I didn’t realize til later that the main tv was completely cracked and not working until I got a new remote from them. The whole room was very old and outdated. The sofa couch looked super dirty with stains and would have not fit anybody on it. Didn’t even want to touch it. The hotel was not as advertised. There is no gym facility, no pool, no business center or meeting room. I let the staff know the next day the tv was broken and cracked and she said she’d let someone know and it would be replaced by the time I got back from church but after I came back 5 hrs later it was not fixed. Someone just turned the tv off. I asked again and she said she’d reach back out and I asked if there was another available room and she said she would let me know. So I went back and was not very happy but she did come to my room and let me know I could go to another room down the hallway. That room was much better and I was very grateful to be in a better room that had a table and I stained sofa. The chair was dirty though and so I decided not to sit in it. The towels were all dirty and stained except one. Thankfully I didn’t need all of the towels so I didn’t even mention that or the stained sink. Breakfast was almost non existent.

Was told the room I booked did not exist. Reservation was canceled but they still charged me.

Dont book here without calling. Showed up to no room available and have to way 10 BUSINESS DAYS for the refund.
