Shuttle pickup at LAX was unacceptably slow. Over 30 minutes wait. Hard to recommend due to that, though trip back in the morning was fine.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott was fantastic! The rooms were clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience!! The breakfast buffet was delicious..The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and close to the LAX airport..This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Los Angeles!!

Staff in front desk is great very friendly and helpful, arrived to my room i was immediately greeted by an awful smell. It smelled like something had been soaked in there. Went back to front desk and was able to get moved to another room down the hall once i arrived to the other room it still had the same smell but very minimal so my family and i decided just to roll with it. Later that evening we can hear droplets of something falling onto the floor, it was the ac vent that was dripping water onto the carpet at one point we thought the faucet from the restroom was turned on. Also the faucet in our restroom would leak too was so much going on. Next morning it was check-out on our door in the room it said check out was at 11:00 am but it wasn’t it was at 12 so we just decided to check out since we had already left the room.
Other than that employees are wonderful very attentive and nice breakfast is also delicious.

I was transported into another dimension with this trip. A pre booked pre paid room was reassign to a queen room in lieu of a king room. The room was very dated and smelled moldy. The carpet was dirty. The hotel charged 50 a night for parking across the street, where there was a person smoking marijuana and transients sleeping in the corner. But i was discounted the parking fee due to the room change. I felt like a serial killer was going to come out and kill us. The windows provided no shield from the street noise. The only thing that kept me were the beds were cleaned. I checked and we only were there over night but left promptly in the morning.

There’s an abandoned destroyed restaurant next door. One of the hotel vans sits in front in disrepair. When I arrived, 3 police cars were there completely blocking the entrance. The parking is off site so if you arrive late, you have to walk through an unknown area that does not feel safe. With your luggage. The hot water was not very hot. When I asked about it, the front desk person said it was because the weather had been cold. That’s a ridiculous excuse.

Rate was almost $50/night higher than during the same days of the week further out, coinciding with evacuations for the Los Angeles fires. Perhaps not gouging, but not ideal treatment.

The parking is 50 dollar per night but the parking is the outdoor parking and need to walk 3 mins to the hotel. The room is very old, doesn’t deserve the rating.

Very poor directions on where to meet airport shuttle. Had to wait over hour for airport shuttle to the hotel. Short trip to hotel. Room was large, nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location close to grocery store, Walgreens, service station and other stores. Decent hot breakfast. I would recommend this hotel excluding the shuttle experience.

The website said the bar would be open till 9:00 with light bites however we got in at 7:00 and it was closed. We had to walk to a restaurant and I have mobility issues. The room was very nice but it was not wheelchair friendly as the furniture is very big and would be very very difficult to maneuver a wheelchair into & around the room. Bed was comfy!!

Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was mediocre. They had a nice variety but the eggs were terrible and we were there multiple days so it wasn’t a fluke and we were there as they opened so they weren’t old. Also they have stairs that you have to carry your luggage up and down to get from the elevator to your room which was inconvenient.

Overnight stay with transfers to/from the airport. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel, breakfast was great, pool is lovely, and staff are attentive and kind. I highly recommend!
