This place was a total VIBE! Shout out to Cassidy at the bar and Butch! Front desk staff was amazing! Don’t be a fool, and miss out on this hotel/hostel.

Perfect Location for the Magnificent mile, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Smaller rooms but couldn’t beat the price. Walking distance from everything the Navy Pier, the river walk, shopping, and authentic Chicago signature dishes…will stay here again

Hotel is okay - the photos make it look much better than it is. Room was dated and had a huge crack in the window. One of the walls was falling apart and was mostly polyfilla.
Good location though and close to subways and nice restaurants.

We stayed for a couple of days in a Queen room. The bedroom is low and there were some stains, things were left from previous stays (sunglasses and some clothes) there was some paint coming off one side of the wall overall not a great option considering all of the above.

The décor around the bar and in the lounge was very pretty but we had multiple issues for our one night stay. The TV wouldn't connect to channels (internet issue?), the lightbulbs in our room needed replacing, the hot water for a shower was spotty, the heater/AC unit was broken and when we tried to call the front desk, we discovered the phone didn't work.
Someone did come up and attempt to fix the multiple issues and we were given a space heater to make the room comfortable for the night. I would not recommend staying at this property unless the owners or renters invest in making it a nicer place to stay.

This hotel room was filthy, every inch of the carpet in the room was covered in dust, the bed sheets had stuff all over it, the shower curtain had mold all over it and the lighting in the room was terrible. It made seemed like they have the cleaners go into the room and just tuck the bedsheets back in i was not happy with the cleanliness of this hotel.

Our room was the size of a postage stamp. I highly do not recommend if you are over 6 feet tall. It was also extremely hot in our room and when we asked the front desk staff to turn our air on, they said they do not have AC available until May 1st.

Parking wasn't easy be sure to read how to park here before you arrive. There's an app you will need to use before even entering and it may not always work and finding staff may be a challenge depending on arrival time. The hotel staff can't help with parking as they told us the parking lot is a separate company. bathroom was small and could stand to have at least 1 shelf for toiletries. No mini fridge or tv which is fine if you need a fast 1 night stay which we didm the beds were fun and comfortable.
