I booked this and was very reluctant at 1st, however I got the insurance from Expedia in case something went wrong!!! I Loved it, the only issue was I had to valet every time. I would love to book again on my next visit!!!

This was perfect for our family! we had 7 people all together and we still had room for 1 more person. The condo was clean well kept and just comfortable. The only thing was house keeping did not come the whole time of our stay. We were told that if we need something we had to call a different number (which we did not have) I assume the condo was own privately and not by the Hotel its self. so we had to buy our own toilet paper and reuse towels. other than that we had a good time and our stay here was pleasant. well worth it and I would stay here again for sure!!! and the pool was great for the kids!!

My stay at Gallery One was great. Everything was accommodating and the view was amazing. I got more than I paid for. My only complaint would be if you rent a private owner condo the owner should considering putting a extra roll of tissue in the room. Room sleeps 4 and 1 roll of tissue won't cut it.

The hotel was very well located but when I made the reservation I did not notice that the room was privately owned and had no maid service every day. This has never happened to me in Expedia. You should advertise this room through the hotel management so when rented people can get all the benefits of the hotel.

We were to receive parking included & were charged $33 per day. After checking out we discovered they had charged our credit card twice for the parking. We are still trying to solve this issue with the hotel. The rooms are in need of renovation and updating. The hotel didn’t seem too helpful because we booked the room through Expedia instead of directly through them.

Pool closed. No internet in rooms. Because it was private condo wi-fi in lobby did not accept our room number. We did use the laundry. Watch out for flooding on the laundry floor. Hotel outside entrance was being cement covered all one morning blowing all over hotel. Difficult to leave hotel untill manager stopoed them. That could have been a health issue because we received NO notice.

even though the parking fees were included in my total price, the hotel did not want ti give me the keys unless i paid the parking of 180usd. Tried to get it back from the owner...so far nothing. vrbo and gallery one= last time for me. The service received at the hotel was non existent even for an extra pair of sheets because there was one missing for the kids in the condo. after proposing paying for it the answer was " sorry can't halp you, you are on a private unit". so my kids can freeze!! thanks what a customer service!!!

This was a complete disappointment and truly feel like it ruined our family vacation. Saved for years for this vacation to be so disappointed to have wasted a huge amount of it. We will highly reconsider going thru Hotels.com again. We are truly terrified this experience will happen again. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed. We can never get those 2 weeks back and I feel terrible I put my family thru this. Hotels.com should very much consider removing this rental from their site. I feel terrible for whoever may rent from this place again. and If they want to contact me for more information I will freely give my number. Again, a this was a ruined vacation. Our family saved money for this trip and feel taken advantage of. Bugs everywhere, stains on carpet, Vomit on carpet, sour milk in dishes in cupboard, gum on carpet, beds uncomfortable and had bugs, no house cleaning, vacuum in closet had vomit and sour milk inside it and clogged with it, not enough towels and cloths, personal items from stranger in closet with opened food and alcohol laying around, refrigerator froze the food and ruined it, air conditioned wouldn't work, pullout couch bed was bent and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, etc.... We were also told there would be free self parking and ended up paying for valet parking which was a huge amount from our savings. Tried to move but could not get a full reimbursement and had to stay. It was awful. Hotel has nothing to do with you at all! Nothing from hotel is included.

The room was supposedly clean an absolutely filthy. There's another hotel under construction next door with cranes and everything else loud and intrusive and the hotel front desk has nothing to do with the private condos so when you try to call the private condo company no one ever answers the phone. Took over 3 hours for Orbitz to get ahold of the person at the condo desk which is ridiculous in the middle of the day my room was not what I paid for I had no Canal View I had a parking lot View and a construction View and it was filthy. I would have been happier staying at a Motel 6. Stay here at your own risk the property on the scale of 1 to 10 is no more than a 2.

The Private Condos at GalleryOne in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, were not at all what we were expecting. First, we called the resort to see if our room might be ready 1 hour early and were told unfortunately not as the condo owners would not allow early check ins. So we waited until our time, and when we arrived we checked in and found out there was a Valet Fee of $35 a day. Not what we expected, but we paid it and went on. We got our room keys, and went to drop off our bags. We were given room 1030 with two queen beds and a balcony. We got to the room and there was mold covering parts of the ceiling as seen in the pictures below. This was unacceptable. We also learned that the two night stay did not include any maid service which was OK and did not include more than one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels for the kitchen. So we continued to look past that and move on with our evening. We left the room and headed down to the pool to relax. We found some chairs and an umbrella for shade and noticed that the pool was in working order but that the hot tub was not working. Again we tried to look past that. The room itself was fine as we had a place to relax, eat, shower, and sleep, but the up keep of the room itself was awful. Oh and by the way, during a shower a little friend came by to greet in the form of a cockroach. Again not acceptable. Would we use these condos again? Probably not. Would we recommend them to someone? No.

No maid service, clean towels or linens, or even toilet paper were furnished after two days; the explanation given by the front desk was that the unit I had booked was "privately owned," although the room contained notices placed near the phone to contact the Doubltree/Hilton front desk should I need anything at all. If it was a private unit, why were these notices posted in the unit at all, and furthermore, why was I not notified by hotels.com this information upon booking? This experience makes me doubt hotels.com's honesty and reliability, and the Doubltree/Hilton hotel's choice to affiliate themselves with a hotel that provides both accommodations under their name and also ones that are "privately-owned," causing much disappointment and confusion on my part during my much-anticipated vacation. Very aggravating situation that marked my stay with frustration.

I am a Hhonors member and your stay as a guest of the private condos you will not get points for your stay. The room are nice with patio deck. My condo was equipped with an iron but did not have a board. The hot tub still have not been fixed and I read this on a review from a previous quest some time ago, in which the time frame should of surpass with repairs. Don't expect the hotel to accommodate you with anything in which they will tell you that your room is not apart of there hotel because they are privately own so your stay will be like you are a guest with air bnb. The hotel charges you for parking like you are there guest which is $33.00 plus tax a night in which I thought if this is privately own condos where is the free parking pass for the parking deck. My condo also had roaches crawling on the countertop, this have to be constant problem because there was combat bait under the cabinet.

We have rented at Gallery One for the past eight years. This last year, we experienced a significant deterioration with the entire hotel. The grounds and elevators were unkept and dirty, trash cans full, front office staff particularly the supervisor needs another job! The halls were dirty, carpets stained throughout the hall ways and smell stuffy. We did not have a housekeeper ever come to our room despite the owner telling us they would send one the next day. Floors and bathrooms were dirty and we had to clean floors ourselves. However, the most disappointing thing is the hotel charges for valet parking! $ 37.00 to valet park. I should have the right to self park , specially at the rate they charge for valet plus tip! We Then we're told by the private owner condos charge differently. The front desk supervisor at the front desk never told us that, she was quick to charge the full amount and was rude!!! Hotel and private condo owner need to be transparent with their customers. What a shame!! This hotel needs a lesson in customer service and get it together!!!

We had a bad experience since we got there. we had not been told that the property had a private owner and the hotel would not do anything to make our experience better they would say that they were not responsible for our unit since it had a private owner. Also we had been told that the parking was free and had to pay for it anyways. Also we stayed there for a week and no one came to clean since it was a private unit. The bath tub on the master room was always flooding.

There hotel was somehow separate from the private condos so we could not get toiletries when we needed them. Room was never cleaned, stayed two nights.

Hotel staff and valet was very nice, but my room was terrible. Soon as I walked in the kitchen was filled with water from the dishwasher. Bathroom was dirty.
