Room was spotless and updated, hallways need work. Water park water disgusting smell and color though kiddos loved it! Magi search incredibly long but kuds loved ut. Magi market woman with glasses on was amazing, helpful, kind and efficient! She deserves a bonus!

Great place for the kids. The only things that was not expected is the parking charges, and also the room was not super clean. The sheets, bedding and room itself were not clean and I had to request clean sheets everyday.

The property is ok, the room servicing has to be requested which we didn't know. Elevators are overcrowded and very busy. Food onsite is poor and unhealthy. We all were sick for 3 days after we got home.
