Hampton Inn and Suites Chesapeake-Battlefield Blvd

Arrived on Thursday, by Saturday , came in at 2:00pm. No Clean Towels,washcloths,trash baskets were not emptied,Bed linings were not changed or made up. Went to front desk for room to get towels washcloths ect. for room service, said they would take care of it. waited a hour and told them again. We went back out and came back in at 7:30pm. Nothing was Done! Paid for this service! Checked out early Sunday Morning! Will not be back!!

Clean & Employees Services

Friendly staff, clean room. Stayed with 4 total, same room. Immediately after booking, called hotel, requested extra linens for sofa bed, ensure enough towels for room, and request early check-in. No towels or linens, and it took 5 attempts to even get the linens. Room wasn’t ready and we waited nearly an hour. Small but frustrating from a Hilton-branded property. Overall it was a good stay with a good free breakfast.

Not easy access

Room was not as clean as it could be. No soap in bathroom which also needed repairs. Out of breakfast items by 8am.

Too bad the laundry facilities are not working. Cleaning crew was wonderful and vey helpful. Spa needs to be cleaned more often.

Room was decent, food places nearby and convent, staff was nice. The breakfast was less than desirable and pretty lacking.

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable and clean.

The bathroom wasn’t working in our King Studio and they switched us to a double queen size room. Unacceptable!!! They should have given us a refund willingly but of course not. See them in court

Very nice Hotel

Enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping staff were top of line for friendliness. Had lovely chats in hallway. Coffee seemed a bit weak. Only real complaint is handicap parking being used as loading zone. I’m 76 with disabled niece. I lost my place each morning to rude families loading baggage. Saturday morning all 4 marked had no placards until after 11 checkout time.

The room and bathroom were dirty!

We arrived at the hotel midnight, room was dirty there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom door, bedding was obviously not changed but just tidy up there was hair on the pillow and under the comforter, sofa bed linen full of brown stain, there was trash in the trash can. Surrounding very dusty. We called from desk about problem she sent somebody and the guy was caught off guard to find out the problem obviously he jas no idea he said they told him just bring some blanket he just got clock inn for the shift he was so embarrassed and apologetic we help him change all the linens. How ever the front desk shows no care I even went to the front desk in the morning and explain the promblem the response I got was jus ok. Didn't even apologized or anything just ok showed no cares as well. Very terrible experience.

Hotel was nice but breakfast was horrible. Never ready in time and no food was restocked. Waited over 30 minutes and kept being told it was “thawing out”…

The staff were very helpful and very nice. Check in staff were wonderful people. Would definitely stay again
