Ice makers on two out of four floors we're not working. The batteries ran out on the lock of our door to our room. Took over a half hour to get them replaced before we can get in our room.

First time staying in downtown Houston and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Friendly staff, great location and clean spacious rooms.

Everything was good for me.

It was a nice place with friendly staff. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, and breakfast was a bit monotonous, but fully edible. Overall a good stay!

Everything was good at this location. Our stay was nice. We did see a roach on the wall in my sister room. But other than that Everything was good. The waffles were good and the host for breakfast....she was very nice as well.

The ice machine was broken and the 3rd floor hallway was warm..but overall staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. We will stay again next year.

Me and my 3 kids stayed here from 10 July 2025 to 13 July 2025. On the second night, I found 3 roaches coming from our AC unit and their droppings. I even took a picture to show the front desk lady that same night. The front desk lady that night kept saying "oh yeah the hotel next door to us has them so bad so Im sure thats where they came from." Unacceptable. She called the night manager is what she told me and I got offered a $10 discount on my entire stay and said they couldn't move me rooms because all they had left was two rooms and everything else was completely booked. I paid almost $500 for this hotel stay and all they want to offer is a $10 discount from my whole stay?! Absolutely not. I also had the maintenance guy come unclog our toilet.. He left a mess of poopy water on our bathroom floor that I had to clean up. Again, I told the front desk lady that when I told her about the bugs. She didnt even seem surprised about the bug in the picture I showed her. That was a red flag right then. I got told the manager would reach out to me, that never happened. I also, had a front desk lady come to my door at 11:45 pm that night to talk to me, after she tried calling my room, and it woke up my sleeping children. The phone never worked the whole time either, besides that one call. It never let me call out, but it could get calls, but once you answer, it wouldn't work, so for each inconvenience I had to go downstairs. Book with caution!

I loved this hotel. It was clean. Beds comfortable. I was happy with the room.
