Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville-Vanderbilt-Elliston Place

The room was clean but older. Only one elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait sometimes. The floor in the halls and elevator was dirty. A lady out front was begging for money. Not the best experience

It was comfortable and close to the venue we were attending. Staff were attentive and the price was right for us!

The area was great

Unfortunately, this was not a good stay. When we arrived, we did not get the room we paid for. No batteries in remotes. We were giving a pullout couch instead of the two queen beds we asked for. The Elevator was broken. Bugs were on the caramel sauce downstairs by the waffle maker. We were given no extra blankets for our pullout couch. Luckily we brought our own blankets. The phone line did not work when we tried to call out to downstairs. We’re told we were only gonna have to pay $30 for parking. We were charged $60. Our blinds did not work correctly in the room. When we tried to let them down for privacy in the bedroom, they did not roll down . And we had a staff member come to our room on our second day to ask if we were staying again that night. We were not offered a refund or any accommodations besides the one room that was free. We were told they can do nothing for us because we did not book directly through the building. We were in town for a competition so we had no choice but to take that room. This stay was not a good experience.

Room setup is good. Seems to be poorly managed. Checkin terrible. Not very clean.

Great location; near many medical facilities. (Tri-Star Centennial Hospital). Wish we had time to explore the area, but we were there for a medical procedure.). Hope to go back for pleasure. Our room was extraordinary!

I booked 5 suites over 6 months ago. I reduced that number by 1 just over a month ago due to family changes. This was to attend a graduation event. The day started at 1pm when i tried to check into the four rooms. I was told they were not which made sense, given the official check in time of 3pm. I was also told about "air conditioning problems" in at least one of the rooms at this time. So we went to eat and tried again at 2:45. This time, we were told that the some of the rooms were not ready specifically because of the air conditioning issue and

Room size was nice but the bathroom and kitchenette need to be updated.

We had a quiet stay, but this property is very rundown. Ceiling and wall paint chipping everywhere, mold in the shower, shower safety handle not bolted in. No extra pillows or blankets. In the gym, treadmills out of order and so small no where to do anything. Breakfast was ok. It is close to everything and easy onsite parking is a plus.

The bed and pillows were great. The place was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good. Courtesy employees!

Did not like my room it smelled of Perfume because it was by the storage area for employees

The hotel was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. It is also convenient to restaurants and several points of interest. Will stay there again.
