The hotel was clean, staff was excellent. Especially front desk. She was kind and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, room was clean. needed a bit of updating especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, many different options to choose from. Over-all the hotel and stay were great for the cost

Just average. Elevator was down for a short period and we were on the 3rd floor. Tree next to our room kept hitting the building when the wind was blowing. The toilet is just too low for seniors. The beds were very comfortable and had nice blankets. The breakfast was great and the snacks available until 5 was nice.

There were light switches that didn’t work, bedside light was hanging off wall. TV remote worked intermittently.
I’m 78, and walk with a cane
Due to elevator problems, I had to walk to 3rd floor, re-pack, walk down again.

To start the check in was wonderful The gentleman was friendly knowledgeable and overall very nice Next hurt the review The beds were old mattress not great The bed-
Spreads were dinged kind of on the dirty side but worst was the bathroom The floor actually had long dark hair on it and even one hair on the tubes are seniors with gray hair Breakfast was nice and clean and the food was good A nice touch was if you needed to wrap a Xmas gift a table was set up with supplies but overall we won’t stay there again Sorry
