All of the hallways were filthy. The room wasn't even cleaned from one day to the next, and I didn't return until 6pm. Gross.

A floor fan blew the entire stay in the hall outside the elevator doors.
When I called the hotel to speak to my sister, the operator disconnected the call. I called back and she advised me that my sister would be calling me.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Most Staff was friendly and helpful.
The tv is not up to date and does not have streaming capability.
The carpet in the room was worn and seemed dirty. Housekeeping did not empty our trash or refresh the towels at all during our stay from Friday to Monday. A piece fell off of the shower head and bathtub is worn and dirty looking. The caulking in the bathroom is unsightly.

Checkin was easy. The girl at the desk was very helpful with things to do in the area. Great location if you’re going to the rodeo. They offer a free breakfast with hot food options. We stayed on Easter and the wonderful girl at the front desk gave us Easter candy. Such a nice touch.
