Hampton Inn by Hilton Burley

After a long day of travel, I expected better from the Hampton Inn Burley. Instead, I struggled just to access the “free” Wi-Fi — only to be redirected to a Hilton Honors signup page. After 10 minutes of confusion, a front desk employee finally got my phone online. When I asked about connecting a second device, the front desk manager, Alejandro, told me to bring the device down — no offer to assist a clearly exhausted guest. When I said I'd just leave a review, he sarcastically shot back, "Yeah, you do that!" Hospitality should not include attitude from management. Even budget motels handle basic services better. The young woman tried her best, but Alejandro’s unprofessionalism left a lasting bad impression. I won’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Computers were down when tried to check in, not able to provide keys to my room

I liked everything about this Hampton Inn and its very friendly staff. However I had a noisy room because it was right above the entrance doors that rumbled when they opened and closed all night long, sounded like thunder. I’m pretty sure the doors need maintenance.

It was late at night i purchased, Top Ramen from in hotel store. No bowls to go with it. Broke item in first package into a paper coffee cup. Hot water in hotel might be called warm. Then came the microwave located in a cabinet 12" off the floor. Could not get it to work as i layed on the floor tying to get it to work. I ate ramen getting very cool. Who out there thinks a supposedly high class hotel would ever dream to put a microwave down near the floor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Great indoor pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is close to I84 in a safe and quiet place. The hotel itself is well decorated, clean and the rooms have amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. It is located right on the Snake River and there is a lovely sidewalk along the river that is right outside the door. Our room faced the river and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset right out our window (and outside on the patio). Definitely recommend this hotel - we will be back!

The best nights sleep ever. Hot tub was really nice also.

The hotel was top notch! The customer service led by Sam was spectacular! The beds were comfortable.

I loved this quiet room by the river. It would have been nice to know the entryway light is a weird timed thing but other than that the room was very nice.

Nice to have tea and coffee options, and cookkes for my kids at the lobby

I paid an extra fee so that the room would be refundable. When I needed to cancel due to illness, I was informed the room charge and refund surcharge would not be refunded. What's the point of the extra fee?

Nice cleaning room on the walk-in shower. We will definitely stay here again. Amazing restaurant next-door.

Hotel was very updated, clean, rooms were a little small, beds were comfortable, beautiful view. Breakfast was very good!
