Staff members were ALL pleasant, friendly, and efficient. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast fare was fresh, appropriately warm or cold, well-stocked and tasty. The location was perfect for us. And all of this at an excellent price.

Room seemed under renovation. Paint on the tile floor in the bathroom, room darkening shade off the wall and rolled up, something missing from the wall with spackle marks unpainted.

It was decent for what it was. Our room had a small window with broken blinds. One of the lights didn’t work. No big deal but annoying. My son and I went down to the pool and there were no towels so I had my daughter call and ask them to bring more out and they couldn’t be bothered to do it, said we could come in soaking wet and get them. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it did the job for feis weekend in Delaware.

The room was damp and wet. The shower head was broken off of the wall so we had to hold it in order to take a shower & it had mold. The drain was clogged so the shower over flowed and flooded the bathroom. The staff at the front desk did not want to help us or move us rooms, instead told us that we could leave the hotel. We emailed the GM of the hotel and it has been 30 days, still no contact back from them. This was an ADA room.

One of bolts holding the toilet seat on nearly undone, curtains were broken, they were completely closed. I guess that’s fortunate as they could have been stuck open. Breakfast was so so. Lady next to us asked us what we thought about the bacon before we answered she said it’s just like jerky. She nailed it.

Check in lady was not very friendly. But the breakfast staff and check out staff were super nice. Floor was really dirty when we got to our room. There was still food in the mini fridge. It felt like it had barely been cleaned.
