Hampton Inn Redmond Bend Airport

A good place to stay and friendly staffing.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I would prefer if they had a hot tub with the pool… otherwise great stay and had everything else I was looking for

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very pleasant, personable, and friendly. The continental breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel. The food was fresh and so many healthy options to choose from. We give the egg white frittata 5 stars on its own. Hands down one of the best overall experiences for a hotel stay.

Great location for a festival we attended at the fairgrounds

This was our second stay at this property and once again we found it clean, comfortable, quiet (we faced away from Hwy 97) and the staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Food quality could be upgraded. Change up the egg offering. It was pretty weak.

We had a bit of a glitch at check-in due to computer issues but Jenni B at the desk was wonderful in assisting us with computer problems. Hotel is new and clean. Food options close by. We stayed to be near airport and would stay again

The air conditioning in the room was so quiet. I never heard it turn on.

It was a quick one night stay because of a late flight and early meetings. It was good for what I needed it for...a nights sleep.

I like staying at Hampton Inn and this was a newer hotel. Comfortable beds, breakfast, next to airport. Would stay again

The place is clean close to restaurants, rhe staff were nice, the breakfast were good. We had a great time, and my kid enjoyed the pool.

Property and staff were very good. I felt the price was kind of high.

It was nice. They only clean every other day, but did give me towels and more coffee.

the mini fridge made funny noises. turned it off in the middle of the night. breakfast was very good

Holy moly! In all my many many years have I had something like this happen. Made a reservation on Hotels.com since we were traveling. Made the reservation for an accessible room. My husband is handicapped and unable to walk or stand for long periods of time. When we arrived I asked if they have a room on the ground floor. NO! You booked through a third party billing, You booked a king size room accessible, it’s on the second floor all the way at the end!!! Oh oops, do you anything on the first floor? NO!!! You booked through a third party, you get it?? Had you booked through US, you would be able to CHANGE! When I asked for her not to yell at me I was only asking a question, she was so angry, I asked for the manager. Manager is in MEXICO , I’m the only one here. I should have left. Once again the diatribe regarding third party billing and OH my GOD you have a DOG that’s an extra $50 NON Refundable! At this point she’s shaking and crying. I told her I do not appreciate her yelling at me , and she came back at me , I HAVE THE RIGHT to REFUSE SERVICE to you!!! I said I know, but I don’t know where this is coming from…….she started to ball. I couldn’t help but walk around the counter and hug her long and hard. Having a bad day. Happens to us all. I did not sleep, I am sore like I went thru the meat ringer. My husband was shocked and appalled. I needed to rest me head. Breakfast was disgusting it was the icing on the cake. Out of maybe 450 hotel stays in the USA NEVER again

It was a busy wrestling weekend, so we got checked in late and the morning breakfast was lacking. Everything was gone and slow to get restocked (again, busy!), but when we stay somewhere specifically for affordability and breakfast; we hope that it is available. Staff was great though.
