Clean and comfortable.

Cool place with nice rooms. I habe a cirner room with a nice view!!

The room was a little musty - and the window had bird droppings on it, making it harder to enjoy the view. They also charged $10 for parking when the website said it was free parking - so a little disappointing.

The hotel was amazing a lot of little shops and restaurants to check out overall a great stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the mattress and pillows were great. Nice breakfast included and all in all a great place to stay.

Advertised free access to parking garage. The hotel is in a bad area with lots of break-ins so this was very important to me. Checked in at 5 pm, only two hours after check-in began and was told tyere was no more parking left (which they are charging additional for, claiming their website and Expedia sites are out of date). “The parking garage is already full ll” and I and everyone else checking in was told to park on the street. I said I booked the hotel because it had a secure garage and parking was included. No “sorry”, no concessions. Response was a smug tough sh$t. Hope my car doesn’t get broken into. Bottom line is this property LIES. Shame on Hilton.

I enjoyed the proximity to activities in Everett and businesses was an easy walk to go have dinner.

We were really happy with our brief stay at the Hampton. The staff member at check-in was friendly, and allowed us to change our room without any issues. The room itself was just right - comfortable bed, beautiful view of the Everett sunset from the 5th floor, a large shower and clean bathroom. The free breakfast had lots of options and one of the nicest eating areas I’ve seen in a hotel like this. Other reviews have mentioned the street noise; this is probably worse at lower levels but on the 5th floor there was no issue. Underground parking was safe, easy and clean as well. The hotel was only a 2 minute drive from the marina and pier, where there are many nice restaurants looking out across the water.

Breakfast was decent

Not much staff around and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk upon check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Prefer to have the personal toiletries rather than communal bottles attached to walls in bathroom. Pool was very dirty and appeared to not have filter system working so did not take a chance going in it. Breakfast was good, nice selection.

The hotel was decent. Beds were marginally comfortable. I booked a double queen for my 14y/o son and I and they switched us to a king and a sofa bed. Not exactly happy about that and their tvs are terrible. Not that you go to a hotel to watch tv. But they still suck. The breakfast buffet was the best thing about the place and that was just ok too.

We will definitely stay here again if we are In the area. This was very nice and the staff was great!
