Booked one night, so we could be close to the port for our Disney cruise. Very convenient less than a 15 minute drive. Also close to old town. The pool area looked nice, didn’t get to enjoy it since it was raining but maybe next time.

The hotel was amazing, the hot tub was nice to sit in for awhile. The rooms were very clean and nice. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the cheapest rooms had 2 full size beds, definitely not comfortable when 2 people are in 1 full size haha

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the room smelled terrible—like mold and chemicals mixed together. It was genuinely hard to breathe, and I honestly don’t think the air was healthy.
To make things worse, I found spiders in the room, the bathtub was clogged, and the night lamp didn’t even work. The entire place was filthy—dust everywhere, dirty floors, and stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.

The room was so dirty that I had an asthma attack and had to immediately check out the bathroom was disgusting, Alberto stated he would let management know for me to get a refund I left sneezing and coughing, the pictures were all a lie, poor lighting poor advertisement more so false advertising , felt unsafe as a woman traveler

Very thin walls. Neighbors were loud in the middle of the night--hotel staff were receptive to noise complaint and handled the issue promptly. Beds are very firm. The hotel is showing it’s age--not rundown or trashy at all, simply in need of some refreshing. Soundproofing or sound dampening would be great.
The property is centrally located in Mission Valley with pretty easy access to major SD attractions. You can get closer to individual locations, but overall location is a winner.
A couple restaurants at the hotel mean you don't NEED to leave to eat, but there are many dining options working a 5 or 10 minute radius.
Pool is large with a nice hot tub and plenty of seating to be had.

Felt highly deceived when arriving to my "PREMIER" King Bed room, the restroom was so outdated. And there was no elevator to my room. Had to carry my luggage through a flight of stairs. Jacuzzi was not working either, the microwaves were broken too. It was so not nice. Pictures made it look nice but you're better off at a motel at that point.

Front desk attendant Pamela was excellent, very helpful. Very thoughtful and friendly. Helped with directions helped with bag storage for post check out meeting.
The only issue I had is that my room temperature control did not seem to work well. It got a little chilly at night, but the heat would not come on. Bus station for the 88 bus to Old Town was right at the hotel.
