Nice convenient location. Great staff

Stayed for a concert. Excellent shuttle service!! The room was a bit runned down, furniture was definitely dated and worn. The bed was extremely hard.

Diferent, good service and clean

We liked our stay and would stay again due to the price and the easy access to New York - only 22 min by bus via the 320 line. Downsides: shower leaked continuously and we had to call the maintenance man twice one because it would not heat up the water and once because it would not shut off. The breakfast - while nice, was lacking some vegetables and had the exact same selection every morning which got boring after a while - waffle fries (fried food), meat (sausage) (fried food), bacon (fried food), apples (no taste), oranges (ok), yoghurt, oat porridge (absolutely disgusting), eggs on demand (no taste), waffles (the only good thing on the menu), cereal, milk, and coffee and juices. (oh, and bread and some pastries which were hit and miss - one of the pastries was so full of baking powder I could taste it!) Good sides, quite affordable, loads of eateries within 5 mins and a massive wallmart nearby. I think if I knew what Wallmart had to offer, I wouldn't have paid $15/pp for breakfast. Other good sides: quick to offer extra towels when needed and teas and coffees.

It’s sufficient for a stay. Nothing terrible. Room was clean but definitely an older hotel.

Second time staying here and it was once again great. Convenient to the city...just a short bus ride to Port Authority and then a train ride to Yankee Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very loud being directly across from the elevators. I also asked for water at the front desk, and was told that if we had the room cleaned we would have gotten two bottles of water then.

I love this hotel and they have an amazing breakfast. I am planning to come back in the near future

The Staff Was Very Rude Including The Head Manager….That She Called Herself!!!! Her Name Was Eumi or Something!!!! I Constantly Asked Her To Speak To Someone Higher Than Her Like The CEO or Owner…. She Refused To Give Me A Name or Number!!!! She Then Replied That She Owned The Hotel and Got Mad Asking Me and My Family To Leave Her Hotel!!!! Even Though We Had Already Had A Paid Stay and Reservation!!!!! I Was Very Disappointed and Upset…. “I Will NEVER STAY AT HARMONY SUITES IN SECAUCUS AGAIN” and Will Never Recommend Any Of My Family,Friends or Business Colleagues To Stay There!!!! They Even Rushed Everyone Out After Breakfast At 11a.m Leaving Nowhere For You To Sit or Do Any Work Accept In Your Room or This Small Business Area That They Had…..

Place was very nice! But food was so bad I gave it 3 stars! Very cheap quality food

Like: spacious suites. Don't like: bathroom problems, no hot water. Room changed, bathtub dirty and clogged. They have maintenance issues

Great check in!!

I was able to check in at 2pm, which was very helpful. Front desk was friendly. The location is quite walkable with restaurants and some stores close by. Quiet too.

The workers make you feel like you are being watched all of the time especially at breakfast time. The manager is very rude, disrespectful and narcissistic. She doesn’t want people to talk back or express their opinion, if you do she cancels your stay. She watches everything and every movement. Not friendly or inviting. Even has a problem if you ask for extra blankets, counts towels, toilet tissue, etc. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN !!!
