Room was clean and spacious. As per photos on website. Very close to Times Square but not in the hustle and bustle; a quiet escape in the middle of the city. 5min walk from Penn Station. Secure lock up for luggage. Does not do breakfast but that is not a problem as there is an amazing bagel place next door. Could not have been happier with choice of hotel. Thank you.

Clean and nice rooms. Got even a styler dryer for you to dry and sanitize your clothes. Very convenient and many good food just a stone’s throw away. Walking distance from train stations and subways. Only down side is the soundproofing - I can hear the rubbish truck collection. But it is a place I will stay again when in New York.

The property has been clean. I stayed here for several times. This time i also chose Henn na to stay for one week, unfortunately very BAD experience when i had an overcharged issue. When i checked out, i found the actual paid fee overcharged, different from the fee when i booked via Expedia. I was sure i didn't use any extra service. So I asked for hotel's staff's help to clarify the bill and emailed me why $40.19 more and refund. No hotel's reply until now, even though i tried to leave the message both on Expedia and Henn na hotel's own website. NO ONE ANSWERS ME WHY THE FEE OVERCHARGED. So sad, there is no hotel's staff wants to solve the issue. JUST ignore me. And Expedia staff told me they have no authority to refund, nothing they could do, because i chose to pay at property, not via Expedia system. In this case, Expedia still couldn’t explain why Henn na overcharged me $40.19. I felt disappointed about it as well. Expedia should guarantee the price while members book, if Expedia can’t, why should members book via Expedia? I want an explanation, just “Oh, sorry, we tried. But nothing could do”

The hotel has many faults. No room service, no luggage support and their elevator malfunctions often and gets stuck and then starts shaking. Some of their front desk staff are also very unprofessional, one doesn't even touch your luggage when she puts it in storage & wants the client to do everything, another one discloses what the client asks over the phone in front of others and interogates & objects on it. The management can be very accusative of the guest and threatening as well when you complain.
