It was terrible. There were problems with the air conditioning throughout the hotel. They offered some rooms fans to accommodate them, but not me. Instead they transferred me to another room with the same problem. What a horrible experience.

The check in process was an abomination ! I had a reservation but upon arrival I was told they didn’t know if they had a room for me. At 10:00 pm, with my disabled husband, we were exhausted and needed a room. People arriving after me were able to check into king sized rooms. I asked for any room available even though i requested a double, I said I would take a king but was told they were premium rooms and had to be saved for potential guests. This check-in process took about 1/2 hour before a room was found for us. Totally unacceptable service. Totally dissatisfied with Hilton and this property.

I am very disappointed. I checked in on 6/21 as it was close to the concert venue. At check in was not able to get a room key as their system was acting up. I was told that my room would be comped for the inconvenience. When I returned to hotel at 12:30 of course I had to stand in a long line to get my key. Needless to say it was after 1:00 before getting in the room. A/C was not working properly. I have tried to speak with the general manager with no success. I had booked through Expedia and they have not had any success in speaking with General Manager so they can refund my money. Very very disappointed

What a mess! The room key system was down, so escorts were necessary to take guests to rooms. Check in w/1 person working was very slow! Then arriving home at night, back on line to get a key. One person behind the desk at checkout. I couldn’t wait, so just left my key at the desk. My 2nd time at this site and last time there was also a slow check in w/o enough staff. And wedding guests expected, so why wasn’t staff prepared?

Upon arrival the key system was down. We were escorted to our room at first then when we returned we waited an hour to get a key and finally got into our room at 1am. We were told we would have our room for free due to the inconvenience. The next day the attendant stated there was no record of this and I would not be getting a refund.

Property didn’t have keycards working for the stay, the ac in the room was not working so the room for the stay was 85 degrees and the window was screwed shut. No fresh air and hot inside. There was no staff available to help. Miriam front desk assured me she would put notes into system to offer a refund for the stay, however, Expedia was unable to get in contact with the hotel to process. Terrible experience. The beds are tiny, uncomfortable, and the staff is not capable of assisting with much.

They over sold the hotel and gave away our room. Thee were 20 guests in the lobby with no rooms to their already booked reservations. The staff was completely incompetent and took no control over the situation. I felt so bad for the hotel desk agent. He had not a clue what he was doing. I will never book at this hotel again.
