We had an amazing experience at the hotel. They were very accommodating and allowed me to order a bouquet of flowers for our 17th wedding anniversary and had them delivered to our room before we arrived. It was classy and the staff was very helpful. Will come again

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms clean. However, I was concerned about the large open vents in the ceiling, not sure how that affects airflow or noise level.
More notably, the front staff seemed unwelcoming, especially during check-in. A warmer greeting would have made a big difference. Overall cleanliness was a highlight, but some attention to staff hospitality and room design would have elevated the experience.

Loved my stay , staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, spacious rooms, and lots of things to do around, the restaurant was nice with good food too and the Starbucks was a bonus! Would stay here again!

As became a trend for Hilton hotels, people at the lobby are rude, always distracted by themselves, and never helpful. Booked a room with the balcony, they gave me one facing the wall.

Room had strange odor coming from either ventilation shaft or carpet.
There was an erroneous charge to our room.
Rooms with connected door were a bit loud through walls, definitely more than expected.
Aside from that, I loved the hotel. Overall it was a good experience.
