Excellent stay. Hotel is conveniently located, metro station up front. Rooms are on the small side but are clean. Hotel has good service. Would recommend it without a doubt.

Fabulous location to ACE line, just steps outside the door. Location is perfect if you want to be by SOHO, but not directly in the masses that stay there. Room was comfortable and clean. Only one elevator was working at the time and it seemed like it was due for maintenance pretty soon as well, so hopefully that is resolved soon. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working which was a bummer, especially during summertime. Overall, I would stay again if the price was right.

Like: location is convenient for public transportation, walking, eating, iconic jazz scenes. Staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dislike: one of two elevators is out of service, ice machine is not operational, loud AC in room, exhaust fan in the bathroom is out of service.

Staff - morning to noonish are the rudest of all . Not a pleasant customer service , seems like this two women working on a Wednesday morning on sept 4, 2025 is just miserable on what they do . Sad coz ive been a hilton member for years and i am always happy on the service but this two are sonetbing else . Flat out rude when u ask them a wuestion dorsnt even look at u in the eye . Just flat out rude !

A few issues with this property - our TV could not receive multiple channels for our 4 day stay - staff attempted to help but no luck. Also lots of street noise from traffic etc. Otherwise it was fine.

There is layers of dust on table and lamp , in spite of letting the front desk know they did nothing . When I first came in and used bathroom it was not flushing . They just didn’t care

The location and property was good. Having only one working elevator which also sometimes got stuck was quite an inconvenience. We had to climb the stairs multiple times during our stay after waiting for more than 5 minutes for the elevator.

Reasonably priced, efficient, decent place in Tribeca. ACE stop right in front of the hotel--use the Beach St. exit by the NYPD station underground. Went for breakfast at Botte, the hotel restaurant, and they were open, but there was no service, no FOH staff, so we left and went to Caffe Bene around the corner. Room cleaning a bit haphazard. Had to request coffee supplies and once we only got decaf.

Front desk agent at check in (female) was not professional or polite. Only one elevator was working. Restaurant was not open. WiFi was spotty and did not connect well. Housekeeping staff was friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

2 children 2 adults we received 2 wash clothes 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Had to ask for more towels. Day 3 housekeeping finally comes at 5pm when kuds were napping and we were getting ready to go out so asked they come back in an hour but they didnt. Told front desk needed fresh towels, out of toilet paper, and needed trash taken out. Asked to please send housekeeping at a reasonable time and they said I would need to remind in morning. The beds were made when came back but sheets not changed and bathroom was barely cleaned, mirror was filthy. Only one elevator worked the entire time there. Staff not friendly at all. I was so very disappointed in Hilton hotel for the first time. Not sure I will stay at another Hilton.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but did the job. Location was great for food, pizza nearby was the best we had while in the city. Easy to walk to Chinatown and Little Italy. Super close acceas to subways. One elevator was down, which made waiting feel long.

Management is hapless. Before coming I wrote through Expedia where I booked asking for details on parking. No response. After checking in I received a message asking for my feedback. I indicated I wanted to complain. The elevator was out and I wanted to complain among other things. I was told the manager would call me. That never happened. They wrote asking for a phone number so the manager could call. But no call was received. The repairs on the elevator continued for five nights of our stay. By day two there was oil smell coming from the elevator filling the lobby and corridors. All in all, the management is poor.
