My husband and I stayed and it was clean and quiet. We felt safe in this location and it’s right across from the hotel there is two full streets of food businesses walking distance ! We loved it and we will definitely be back !

Check in process is extra long for no reason. Was offered an “upgrade “ that was actually a downgrade from my booking. We spent an hour next to the check in desk until this was resolved. Such waste of Vegas time. Had to move my dinner reservation for this inconvenience. No housekeeping services. That’s just not okay. Hopefully they get their hands on the check in line faster.

Everything was reasonably nice. The restaurant food was lousy and the staff there obviously needs some training. The breakfast was way over priced, for all they did have out, there was no gravy at all and barely had condiments. There was no regular sugar for coffee and the service staff was was slow as christmas and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. They had no customer service skills at all. ZERO

Room was very nice and spacious, there is a nice gym with all the equipment you need, pool, breakfast was sooo good staff is super friendly and serving, some areas in the room are stained need repairs or cleaning
