The only thing I could complain about was the sound coming from the nearby highway. But I just lowered my room temperature and put the ac/ unit on all night to mask the sound from the highway. My bed was a welcome relief, I didn't want to get up it was sooooo comfortable 🙃. Staff was very professional and friendly. If I'm ever back in this area, this hotel is where I'm staying!!

Pillow case had blood stain hair on the bed stains on the sheets towels were not very clean. I had two rooms and both were identical with dirtiness.

The hotel was nice, clean and modern. It’s right next to a busy highway and that was apparent all night. I couldn’t seem to get the temperature of my room cool enough for me. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was mostly friendly but cool.

Got there very tired so styed in the room. It smelled musty and felt damp. Found out later, after getting ready for bed the temperature control didn't work. The shower worked but not good pressure. I have thick hair so for me a problem.

The place was okay and decorated nicely. Landscaping poor-plastic flowers. Pool has not been in service for a long time. We had been looking forward to using it as we had a rain day. Our family had children who had been looking forward to using it. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Some of the children were directed to a neighboring facility where $10.00/child had to be paid. Our TV malfunctioned and another one in the group were up until 3AM while they tried to fix the air conditioning. They. Should compensate and let others know about the lack of the pool and they should fix other things like ice machines.

Our hotel room did not have running water and the toilet would not flush. We couldn’t even shower. Was never compensated for this inconvenience since I booked through Expedia. They said it wasn’t allowed. Simple phone call could have taken care of it.
The staff was never at the counter, they had a hand made sign that said they would be back sometime soon. Literally this was every time we came to the counter.
