Got charged $271.00 as a security deposit instead of $100.00. ( the amount I had prepaid for the two night stay when I booked the room online) Staff said that they were unable to reverse the transition due to a glitch and that I would refunded the amount at check out.

Great stay even if only one night, far exceeded my expectations. Ask how old the hotel was as felt newly built only 6-8mths old. Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay we'll be coming back again.

Bed comfort was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Biggest issue was with communication between Expedia and Holiday Inn. My reservation did not match my paperwork from Expedia.

Common / public bathroom only on 1st floor, made it a challenge in the room when more then 1 of us needed a bathroom. Also, TX is hot and we drank a lot of water but the only public water faucet / bottle fill station was on 1st floor in the Gym. The Breakfast had a pancake making machine, 1 button press and you get 2 fresh pancakes, that was appreciated. The 2 to 9pm front desk was very nice and friendly.

I stay in this hotel when i am in the area. It did not disappoint. Clean rooms. Clean beds. Good internet. Standart holiday inn express breakfast.

NO me gustó la atención. El día de hoy 6/23 llegamos al hotel a las 2:40 pm con mi esposo y mi bebé de 3 meses y la chica de la recepción nos dijo que teníamos que esperar hasta las 3:00 pm para el check in así que decidimos esperar adentro sentados en un sofá. A penas se hace más 3:00 pm nos acercamos a la entrada para hacer el check in y resulta que no tenían lista la habitación con cama king que habíamos pedido. Nos pidió el favor de ayudarla con una trabajadora que es housekeeping del hotel a hacer su traductora de español por qué ella no habla español para que la ayudara a que estuvieran lista nuestra habitación. Al final tuvimos la habitación a las 3:17 pm, pueden ver las cámaras de seguridad del hotel para que verifiquen lo que estoy diciendo/ nos quedamos en el lobby desde las 2:40pm hasta las 3:17 pm (37 min). Si estuviera sola no hubiera problema, pero vengo con mi niño pequeño. Tenía una cita con el dentista a las 4:00 pm y mi esposo y yo llegamos tarde. Solo digo que deben de ser más organizados por qué la verdad no nos gustó la atención. La habitación cuando entramos la verdad nos parece súper chevere, súper limpio y cómodo, pero la atención no nos gustó. Cuando llegamos del dentista la chica estaba al teléfono cómoda sentada en el lobby en su computadora, así que solo espero que lean este mensaje para que por favor contesten a personas que estén más atentas en su trabajo y la atención al cliente. Hallways were 100 degrees, no pool towels Available, took about 20 minutes to check in because no one was attending front desk, AC in room never got below 72 degrees was very stuffy and uncomfortable and TV remote didn’t work had to go out and get batteries.

Very clean property! This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel and we will definitely be back again!

All was well, clean and kept up. This is the second time staying at this location.

The property felt very new and clean. Plenty of parking, front desk was great. Only complaint would be soundproofing, especially between the rooms. We had loud neighbors, and it sounded like there wasn’t even a wall between us. People in hallways were also easily heard. This is from someone who has to wear hearing aids, and didn’t have them in when either of the two things noted were happening. Otherwise, the hotel and staff are great.

Convenient

Stayed for 1 night before a cheer competition. Fire alarm keep going on every 2 hrs. Was told that someone was smoking and they were trying to get them to open the door. The next morning after I contacted hotels.com they told hotels.com representatives that nothing happened and the fire alarm never went off.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay again.
