Front desk guys really nic

Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room was dirty and the toilet leaked brown sewage onto the bathroom floor. Then my daughter who is 17 and I went to enjoy the hot tub at 10:30 because the pool area was open to adults until midnight and I was told that my daughter needed ID to go into the pool room. If she’s old enough to drive and have a job she should be old enough to go into the pool room. The man that approached us that worked there at night was extremely rude and aggressive. We won’t be staying at this facility ever again.

The hotel was good, i wish the windows were in better shape so i could look outside.

Very nice and pleasant front reception staff! Room service was amazing and property is close to the beach, casino, and not far from town! Very good deal and amazing room!

The breakfast was pretty good. The room looked clean at first glance but the carpet was so filthy that if we walked barefoot, or feet were dark BLACK on the bottom within a minute. Pretty gnarly.

This is our go to hotel in Lincoln City. Always clean and friendly staff plus the breakfast cinnamin rolls are perfect!

This was my families second stay here. In 2024, the building was very well maintained, the room was perfect, the dog bathroom area outside was clean, and maintained. My stay in 2025 however, was not as great. You can tell the manager at this hotel is using the holiday in express name to charge high prices, when the quality of the hotel does not match that standard anymore. The room was filthy, stains all over the floor. the property in general looked ran down. the dog area was covered in dog duties. and hadn't been up kept in a very long time it would seem. The only great part of the stay was the perfect breakfast. this was the only spotless, clean, and maintained area in the building. great food as well. I will not be staying here again, this hotel doesn't hold up to holiday in express standards.

The walls and ceilings need to be more sound proof. The area was nice. We appreciate having a dog friendly hotel.
