Great. Very clean. Staff professional

Not a good hotel for traveling families. Bad evening check and Bad morning check out. We checked in between 11pm and 12am. Essentially no evening check-in service. A very kind, polite and well intentioned nighttime auditor is put in the uncomfortable position of not having been trained for anything other than a handoff of room keys. In other words, not prepared for 3rd party(Expedia) check in process. Also, given the timing of our arrival, we asked for a later check out and were instructed to check in with Front Desk in the morning. We were then refused late check out in morning because all of those requests were “full”. Turns out you had to call promptly at 7am … but that defeats the purpose of getting to sleep in a bit after a late check in. We didn’t need a lot, maybe an extra hour. The morning desk clerk had difficulty in kindly delivering the news of no late check out for our travel weary family. The owner of this site has made business decisions (no trained evening desk staff) that puts travelers and staff in compromised situations. Summary: travelers are better off avoiding this hotel at the same or greater cost compared to others and there’s no telling what other corners are being cut.

Good stay

Overall clean but mediocre breakfast and unpleasant odor in the room

Our stay was great.we ended up staying over a week. We needed to extend our stay twice. They were very accommodating. We were able to stay in the same room and not have to move with 4yr old, 15mo and very pregnant Momma. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and met our needs.The front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. Christy was exceptional!.

Staff was great. I dont believe our bathroom floors were cleaned. We found dirty socks from previous guest under bathroom sink.

I enjoyed a lot about my stay - mostly the breakfast - but I like to keep my hotel rooms under 70 degrees and my room never got under 71. So I just didn’t sleep well either night because the room was too warm.

I love everything about this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning soon.

This is a hotel I won’t be returning to. The concierge was rude, the AC didn’t work properly.

Rooms were nice. Decent breakfast area. Very clean and staff was friendly

The only bad thing was the condition of the desk chair (Room 306). It was pretty atrocious: old and beat up. We wouldn't even sit in it. Inconsistent with the rest of the room and hotel. The people at the front desk were wonderful, as was the person in the 'kitchen' placing the food out in the food containers.

Honestly one of my best hotel stays. Breakfast was awesome so much food and so many choices for a hotel!!!!! I did go a bit late so the sausage was pretty dried out lol. The only complaint I had was I was unaware I had to give a security deposit when I got there. ($50). I’m lucky I had it in my account or I wouldn’t have been able to get my already paid for room through Expedia. It’s now been a week and they haven’t gave me my ($50) hold back yet.

The place, environment, food are execellent

Nice room, comfortable beds and a good breakfast available to us in the morning. Also a good location that was close to Pittsburgh.

Our room was dirty. Tons of food / trash leftover from previous people. When packing up noticed a huge brown stain on the second bed sheets. Pool room was filled with ants crawling all over the floor/ wall. Will say the front desk staff were kind.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience; pleasantly surprised. The room smelled clean; even the elevators were clean! One complaint though, around the toilet was not clean. I need to have the entire bathroom slick n span as this is where germs reside. Breakfast served its purpose. As long as there’s coffee!
