Holiday Inn Express BALTIMORE AT THE STADIUMS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I like that the hotel was pretty clean, and the shower too. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express’ around the country. This is, by far, the worst one I have stayed in and would definitely not go back. The bathroom had a very noisy fan that you couldn’t turn off. Very noisy area. As soon as we walked in the room, my son said to me exactly what I was already thinking… “I’m glad we’re on my staying here one night.”

Nice close to casino.

Great new hotel 🏨 but the area around it was so so due to casino proximity. Expected Extra pay for parking 🅿️ was ok and safe.

A new building it appears so everything is in great working order and clean.

Good customer service and convenient location in Baltimore to go to an Oriole's baseball game.

Our initial interaction was somewhat questionable. We arrived at the property at 2:30, check in wasn’t until 3:00. We were told we would have to pay $60. for early check in. The location is on a very busy street, with traffic all night. The room was remodeled nicely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was not prepared on time, maybe prep should be supervised better. Everyone was waiting for food, coffee, creamer. The yogurt was locked and the key was misplaced, it was found 20-30 min. later. The pool was not opened. ( which was not indicated on website) They said it was under construction. Christine was very helpful and wore many hats, she went above and beyond. Overall, it served our purpose, it was clean.

Ok place

Very clean! The staff is so kind and courteous. We haven't stayed there in several years, but glad we picked there to stay again this visit. The modern upgrades were perfect. Just what we needed for one night.

Upon arriving at Holiday Inn, Mrs.Sheila was very informative about parking, breakfast time. And my husband informed her that we were hungry and she suggested several places we could chose from.

My floor was wet i told them and no one helped me with the problem

Too close to road. All nights were fed with car noise.

Everything was A-1. My stays going forward will be with the Holiday Inn Express chain.

Made everyone wait until 3pm to check-in and then. Than at 3pm there was a very long check in line.
