We loved it, very nice and clean, the only thing we didn't like was how early the checkout time was. We would stay again

My husband and I stayed here overnight. Check in was easy. The rooms, lobby, outside were all clean. We stayed in a king room, the bed was comfortable, the room was stocked with coffee, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. They even offer makeup remover wipes. If you forget any toiletries they offer complimentary replacements. The area itself is decent we did hear trucks stopping across the street at the gas station/truckstop. Very. Lose to the I-75 exits. Breakfast was great they had a BIG selection of food. There is also a pool if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool. Overall great stay.

The front desk, employees, and kitchen employees were extremely friendly, and nice considering the amount of activity going on. Not a fan of the $50 deposit I do not appreciate you penalizing me the last person who would ever have an issue because of the actions of other people who do not respect hotel or motel establishments not to mention seriously nowadays what are you gonna fix for $50?

This hotel is in a perfect location if you are going to the Toledo Speedway. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

The room was PERFECT for my wheelchair
It was clean and orderly. Only disadvantage was being next to the back door I was kept up by the noise of it closing every half hour or so.

desk staff did NOT care nor do what they said they would. did not care. nada. rest of the staff was great, place was clean. i won't go back to that location - i can get rude service (or NOT service) anywhere

The property overall was nice. The rooms are clean. The bed was nice for me but if you don't like firm mattress then this bed is not for you. The few things I didn't like was housekeeping leaving trash from rooms right by the elevator, the fitness room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. And they have very little selection on their TVs. But the pool area was clean their breakfast was good considering it was free. Other than that I would come back.

Took 3 times to get a room that wasn't occupied or couldn't get in the door because of low battery on door. Room was ok, but constant noise from running kids down the hallway and knocking on doors. Fire alarm went off at 230am as I had to be at work at 530. Not the most pleasant stay.

We was in room 424 and the heat didn’t decide to work til 5am called the front desk he came up three times trying to help the final outcome was him bringing three blankets up to our room I talked with the manager in the morning she was nice but refunded 25 percent off the room which wasn’t enough in my eyes but at least it was something
