Halls were single file wide. Room was tiny. Bathroom door hit the toilet. We've been on cruise ships with bigger rooms.

The hotel needs to be better maintained. There were a lot of things visibly broken and dusty.

Overall the property was acceptable and would stay here again

It's a nice little hotel right in the heart of a bustling trendy neighborhood. We enjoyed Joe's pizza, just a couple blocks away, and it was an easy trip to the cruise port. The only issue was that the continental breakfast was only tiny muffins, with a sign asking us to take only one. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Customer service was excellentl but the rooms where extremely small. You could barely fit through the hallways. The bathroom was less than 70 sq ft with a shower only. Room much smaller than pictured. Resturant /Bar was listed when booking but closed and under construction.

The hotel was clean and is in a really good location. Joe’s pizza, along with a couple more restaurants (burger, bagels and coffee shops) are just around the corner. It is also really close to the subway which makes traveling convenient. I loved how it was just a couple stops to Chinatown as the food there is also amazing. Being close to wall street, we were able to see the façade of the NYSE and walk to the hotel where the film John Wick was shot. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, shout out to the front desk lady (I regret not asking for her name) who was so understanding and gave us a 30-minute extension for check-out. The only thing I wish they had was a refrigerator or a microwave. I understand the space is limited. I also wish they would have a working ice machine lol. When we went, the fitness area was also closed until further notice. We typically don’t use it anyway lol but I just think it’s worth mentioning for folks who like to use it. Overall would stay again and would recommend! Also try the mango date latte from Matto coffee and the lox bagel from Apollo!

The Staff really makes this a great property to stay making up for the broken ice machine 😊 and other mishaps like when entering/ exiting the elevators the area around the front desk is always crowded. Overall it was a great stay…..staff is really helpful and accommodating and they make this property and enjoyable stay.

I had reserved two rooms with two beds and hotel only had one room available. They did nothing to accommodate our stay and said the problems was with hotels.com. I chatted with hotels.com which is very frustrating to do and they did nothing to accommodate us either. I am never using hotels.com ever again.

Stayed here for a week on vacation in New York and really liked the location, cleanliness, and the bed was comfortable. I would say it’s good not great but did the job. My only complaints are the elevator door sounds like it’s gonna break down every time you enter it, it’s kinda sketchy and loud, just probably something you should have fixed being a high rise building and people visiting who aren’t use to high rises. The stay was supposed to come with 2 water bottles a day but they ran out for two of the days we were there and said they were waiting on delivery just thought it would have been nice to had those waters we missed out on dropped off at our front door or put in the room by house keeping to make up for it once they got them. Also the room gets so stuffy without the cold air on and if you leave the bathroom door open it gets really bad in there. But overall would Stay again.

The staff was great and helpful. The rooms are small, but I’m from the south and I know space is limited there. We were only allowed one ice bucket per day and two bottles of water for the four people in our room. Breakfast was very slim and basically just plain coffee with an apple. Again, the m from the south and used to space and elaborate breakfasts. Just different feel m what I’m used to at a holiday inn, but a very convenient spot with a small market and a wine and liquor store right around the corner. Convenient to the subway. If you’re looking for comfort, max two to a room.

I stayed here in march and it was in a great area to walk and explore the financial district. Everyone was very friendly and the room was amazing. Not a single complaint.

We had to call to get our trash taken out. They didn’t make the beds one afternoon and then the TV didn’t work.

The hotel room is small and the bathroom is so old and unusable.
