Incredible. I’ve stayed in NY hotels a good few times this was the best! From the moment I arrived Cassandra was warm, attentive but not overly so. She was real. Helpful. Amazing. Some NY hotels can feel
Cold and inhospitable, this place struck the perfect balance for me. All the staff were great actually, but Cassandra was always present, professional, perfect.

Me and my partner had a great stay in Holiday Inn Hotel. The room with the king bed had a decent size, it was clean and super quiet. The only complain is that the air in the room has a kind of musky scent ( there is a lot of moisture in the room) so the AC has to be on 24/7. The area is super convenient, close to train, restaurants and bars. Also in the evening there is a lot of homeless people around the area so always try to have someone next to you. Overall highly recommended!

Hotel rooms are comfortable and nice, but when you step out of the room, it feels congested with narrow hallways. Lobby is small and no complimentary water bottles in the room.
