Clogged toilet and dirty ac vents

The water park was great! I loved the fun atmosphere with the music and games for the kids. I just wish all of the restaurants were open.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall it was a good experience and we would stay again. The bad… rooms are very outdated & smell of mustiness. Housekeeping apparently doesn’t come unless you’re staying 5+ nights so the room can get dirty fast. We had to ask them to pickup trash, towels, etc. the rooms upon arrival are not the cleanest either, a text to housekeeping and they came and took care of it. Food is mediocre, think of a mall food court but less options. The good… the Waterpark & pool! Our kids were 11-14 and enjoyed it very much. The entertainment was fun (gator land show, karaoke, arcade). It rained a full day we were there so spent most of the time in the marketplace. Convenient location to Disney/Universal/etc. Staff was all very friendly. Hideaway had some yummy food! Honestly if they cleaned the rooms better, this would be a solid stay that people would definitely put on the top of their list.

Great family resort

Loved everything except the fact that you had to pay for breakfast that looked like everyone’s included breakfasts.

Its had some stuff not working. But staff was helpful and quick service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem I have is we took two vehicles so in addition to the hotel fee the resort fee we had to pay an additional $190 in parking.

They don't tell about the poo not wok , just one a lot people no chair on the pool area ... its a messy

The Waterpark, golf, kid activities, large suites. Plenty of room. Restaurants on site.

Great time

Very nice water park.. although the water was freezing. Location was perfect for visiting Disney and rooms were ok.. could’ve been bigger but overall everything was nice

Great location to Disney. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly and the food was good. Daughter loved the waterpark. My only complaint is that the majority of the restaurants were not open.

Rude front desk

Very unhappy with are room it smelled like some One peed on the carpet the smell was strong ask to be moved they had someone one come up and change the covers idk why when I said the carpet ask again to be moved And they could not accommodate

This hotel is nice. Nice small waterpark for the kids. Rooms are nice. I do suggest because of the intense humidity do bring or ask for a humidifer. Everything seem to be damp from the humidity. Nothing really anything can do. After we open the door and aired the place oit it was fine for few hours.

The room was really nice, it was very crowded but I knew it would be based on previous review. Will definitely go back.

This property has potential I personally will not stay here again. We never found the phone in the room. Also, our safe was locked maybe this room was never checked by a supervisor. The curtain in the bathroom was missing the inside part that clips on. The room where the bunk bed was at the carpet smelled like pee. The cleaning was very poor. They located us in the last building where the pool is under construction where there was no parking barely because looks like they used the parking lot to store all there construction items. We had to do a lot of walking with our two kids when parking wasn’t available nearby.

I had to go to a whole different hotel. What it look like online was not what is was in person

When I came I waited 21/2 hours after I checked in to get a room key when I got to my room it was extremely hot even at night . And the customer service was crappy there was a lady at the desk extremely rude. Alos no cups or ice containers
