We had a 2 night stay and our Air conditioner wasn’t working the 1st night. They weren’t able to switch our room due to the full room capacity. We were told they would bring a fan but never brought it. It was very uncomfortable sleeping. The second day around 12pm the maintenance was able to fix the AC.

Staff greeted me every time I left or arrived. Made sure I was comfortable and had check in texts. Housekeeping came by and replenished everything needed and took trash daily. Would definitely stay again
