The property was just ok. For the price and how the Hilton described the property, I expected better. The breakfast was subpar and not filling. We couldn't eat the eggs as they were watery and no other protein options. The walls in our rooms needed a good scrubbing. Then my entire family was locked out of our room for over an hour. My poor kids were in their bathing suits cold and shivering because the battery on lock died and therefore our keys couldnt work. We had to wait for someone offsite to come let us in. The best we got was an "Im sorry". No credit, no discount, no hilton points, nothing for their provlem. I'm tired of companies not caring about customer service.

It was convenient

The breakfast is not the same as it used to be at home to suites. no more breakfast sandwiches etc

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was decent. Room was good Disappointed with the indoor pool - water was quite cold. Area around pool seemed slippery.

Smooth easy check in, super quiet despite having a full house. Could use more parking as the hotel was full or close too but parking was difficult to find in their lot

Property was great. But the pet fee of $75 is just inexcusable. Every other hotel charges no more than $25, so this was akin to robbery. Sorry, but it really detracted from our experience. The property itself is pristine, but we wouldn't stay here again because of the pet fee.

Front desk staff not at all welcoming and could barely be disturbed to look away from their phones. Noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Can hear neighboring voices plain as day through the door. No rest to be had with inconsiderate guests. When we were checked in, we were issued a room that was already occupied! Thankfully, the occupants had their security “flap” on the door in place, or we would have walked right in on them. Room was clean.

Services were great pool was a small and cold but overall definitely 9 out of 10 beds were comfortable breakfast was great most assuredly would do it all again

Love this property!!!

Loved this property so much!! Staff was incredibly nice and genuine. Located close to a ton of food options. Rooms were huge and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
