There was a bed to sleep in. I didnt like that the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was outdated and over priced. It was our 14th anniversary. The staff made it clear they did not care they did not want to be there. We have stayed at the Hotel in Katy and never had a problem. We will not be staying here again.

Staff (all of them/everyone) was very friendly & helpful which often makes a simple but HUGE difference in experience (no idea why more companies don't pay attention to staff demeanor, but they should).

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a nice stay. I like that breakfast is included. It’s not the greatest food but it’s something and my kids enjoyed. I took advantage of the 24/7 coffee. We love that there’s a snack and drink shop available when you walk in. This location was conveniently located close to a target and other shops we could walk to. We took advantage of the pool table (even though the cues had no tips left), and the swimming pool for our kids. Staff is always friendly and cheapest price for what we need. We’ll be back!
