Entire stay was very enjoyable. Housecleaning was very accomodating, gym was one of nicest and best equipped I've ever utilized, laundry facilities were sufficient, and kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Blackout drapes were awesome, as was the ocean view.

Great for families, however the morning I went for breakfast the lines were too long, it explained the large dining room area they have. I skipped breakfast because of it, but not my wife. Overall it was great, awesome gym!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were ample and kept clean.
Two issues we feel could be improved :
The staff was not very knowledgeable about services offered at hotel or the seaport area in general
The breakfast was kind of sad, lacking in seasonal fresh fruit options (only oranges and apples) as well as bread items other than white bread and packaged bagels. There were no English muffins or rollls available. In addition, the line to make waffles was exorbitantly long making it difficult to wait. The waffles were, however, very good and the toppings were great.

Just stayed for an overnight to check out the aquarium and children’s museum with the kids.
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff all around were friendly and helpful.
