The staff was really friendly. Check in/out was seamless. Breakfast was good, just missing waffles. Breakfast area stayed cleaned and stocked. Staff even cleared away dirty dishes.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the homewood suites in downtown Chicago. The only thing we had to say about the room is the toilet was loose in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was not what I thought it was going to be. But besides that we enjoyed our stay. The next visit we have to get a room with the view. It’s like home away from home. Thanks.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The valet parking was a great and efficient service for us and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful to us. The room was perfect for our needs as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're back in Chicago.

The only thing I didn’t like is that you don’t have parking attached to the building, but do find a parking garage near by. And loved loved the customer service !!!

My family enjoyed having a pool to swim in at the end of the day. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable.

Good and Safe property..

Stayed for 6 nights—the staff at the valet desk were incredibly kind! However, we had trouble checking in. We arrived really early and had no issue leaving our bags with valet and enjoying the city for a few hours (did not expect our room to be ready when our flight landed). We were checked in, then told to come back around 3. At around 3, we were asked to wait a few more minutes, and would be told when our room was ready. However, there must have been a staff change, because we waited an hour and watched many other people get checked in and go to their rooms. I went back up to the desk, and the person then on duty checked me in again as if we’d never been there, and acted a bit annoyed with me. They did not give me any information about our room or security deposit—just handed me the card with a frown. Our room was as pictured, but not incredibly clean. Housekeeping comes every other day (pretty standard), but they left our trash bag sitting in the middle of the kitchen, leading to flies, and never replenished our shampoo (it was empty when we got there). They also did not replenish our toilet paper halfway through the trip. We had to call down and ask for both of these things (twice for the shampoo, because it never arrived the first time). Positives of staying are that it’s in a great area and, again, valet was very nice. I wouldn’t stay here again, though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to make another reservation for a return trip in the future. Though we did not use the pool, we did venture into the pool area and it looked amazing. The view, the service, the entire experience was just so incredible, we did not want to leave. Plus, an added bonus was the ability to leave our luggage onsite after checkout while we could still roam the city before our train departure. Truly amazing and cannot wait to return!

Exellent Service

The room wasn't particularly nice or clean. Worn and buckled carpet, cracked sink, etc. However, the service was great. The receptionist, Joy, was fantastic.

Only one elevator working was a complete pain! Long waits!

Great service, pretty good breakfast though i did wish for a bit more variety. The room (a suite) was clean and ideal for a couple and 1-2 children with more than enough amenities. The indoor pool was also nice. The area felt safe; always lots of people around and is walking distance to many things like shopping with plenty of choices for food. The only downfall was having one working elevator, so we had to wait and it would usually be full and stopping on multiple floors. However, the other elevator was fixed when we were checking out. The parking situation gets a little sticky. We opted to leave it with valet using the app SpotHero, which was cheaper than the hotel fee. We just used Uber to get places, which wasn't too expensive thanks to where the hotel is located.

Staff was very helpful.
