Our room was nice. It was newly remodeled. Very clean, bathroom had 2 sinks and lots of counter space. Our friends stayed in a different room and theirs had not been redone. Their
bathroom was very small with no counter space (one sink) One downside -- We were there 4 nights and they never came in to clean the room. No fresh towels or additional coffee. (We found the cleaning lady to get some more coffee.)
We loved the resturant next door that had our free breakfast. It was nice that you could pick from 3 different breakfast items or get $6.00 off anything else. It is very walkable area. So close to the riverwalk. We will stay here again if back in Spokan.

The hotel was a funky boutique style hotel that was very walkable to some cool sights like the river walk as well as cool eateries. One of the best included breakfasts I’ve had from a hotel. We’ll definitely return.

Area was very dirty. Dog hair on the outside rugs that covered the stairs. Carpets in rooms very old and worn. We actually had two towels that look like they had run the housekeeping cart over the towels and then put them in the room
We had to switch rooms when we first checked in because the first room air conditioner was so loud and squeaking you couldn’t stand it. This was all reported to the front desk in the morning.

There's a fun and funky city vibe. The room was clean and there were some nice art features on the property and in the room. You're definitely in the heart of downtown Spokane, that in itself is a bit grimey and seemingly unsafe. We really appreciated the secure parking!

The property has a fantastic location in downtown. It's very walkable. The staff though was the highlight. They were super friendly and made the entire visit wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Spokane.

Pleasantly surprised. It’s not your typical outside entry motel. Much nicer inside than it appears. Breakfast is easy and they have mochas/lattes and a GF menu and options. Also bloody Mary’s and mimosas. Right next to the Fox theater, and felt safe walking back with the big crowd leaving the venue

We loved this hotel but on the app it looks like it was a lot more remodeled than it actually was. It’s a motel which we knew that is needing things for sure. The wonderful thing is that they provide a breakfast at Rosie‘s next-door. It’s not free, but it gives you a huge discount. About a block away from the knitting factory, too, which is wonderful.

I only stayed here one hour. After realizing that my adjoining room door did not have a lock. That the room smelled like urine. Very, very noisy. And the neighbors in the room next to me were smoking something not pot or cigarettes. Definitely something else. I also have someone attempt to get into my room while I was in there. I did voice my concerns to the front office staff. And honestly, I don’t feel like I should be charged for the first night. Very disappointed I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. And the bummer of the deal is that my grandfather built this hotel so I was looking forward to a kind of nostalgic stay and was very disappointed.
